“I love to eat tacos and I’ve been to a lot of taco spots and this is hands-down one of the best ones that I’ve been to. They have a good menu that shows you what you’re gonna eat and then also what I like about the menu if they also have the prices, then the person that takes your order, he speaks English and Spanish and then he’s very customer service friendly so if you want some tacos, it’s late at night and he’s available right here on the corner of Weber and Mark’s in front of Vallarta at a gas station“

“El Rinconsito Taco truck was our stop while traveling, and I chose it based on the great reviews and it did not disappoint! The tacos were amazing, full of flavor, and the salsas were bomb. They didn’t have grilled onions at the moment, but the lady quickly made some fresh for me, which was excellent customer service.

We also ordered the asada fries; not going to lie, those could be improved they were a bit dry and lacked flavor. But aside from that, everything else was great. Taco truck was very clean, and overall, I really liked it and definitely recommend it.“

“I was told about the good food from a co-worker who brought me lengua & asada tacos. They were really good, lengua cooked really well and very flavorful. The asada was a little dry and salty but still ok. So we decided to go 11/22/24 for Saturday breakfast. We got ham and bacon breakfast burritos (around $10 each). They were a great size had ham or bacon, potatoes, eggs, cheese. and beans. I also tried one of the quesa-birria tacos ($ 3.50)and it was so good. Lots of meat, perfectly cooked. I did not get consume, being my first time I didn't know if it needed to be ordered separately, I seen the tacos cooking and ordered on a whim. We ordered a asada quesadilla (10.99) and it does come with lettuce, grilled onion, a jalapeño on the plate. It was a little greasy but tasted good. We got albondigas (13.99) and they were good as well. You get 4 really good sized meatballs, carrots, potatoes and chayote squash and zucchini. The menudo ($14) was good too, a little greasy on the top but great flavor and it even had Pata (feet). Not many places add it. The tortillas given for the menudo and albondigas seem to be homemade. They have a great toppings bar with lots of freah salsas, veggies and fresh cooked beans in a crock pot. I am going to eat in next time so I can try them. Sadly, I ordered a side of bacon for my baby that was with us and we did not get it. (reason for 4 stars) I was going to call but I didn't want to drive back to get it. I will give them a pass this time but will make sure to check my bags next time. I was overwhelmed with all the great choices ha ha. There is still a couple items I want to try. You can eat in as well, there was like 5 tables and chairs.

“Found this place quite a few years ago, and always go back off and on because the food is pretty consistent. If you had it before, it's always the same. Tacos are, under $3 and not a bad size. I always get the wet burrito. Very good flavor. I can say it seems smaller now than before... Used to fill diagonally in a styrofoam container. The new box is smaller, see pics.

But it's still great! The carnitas are fried so they get nice and crispy before they make the burrito which I think gives it much better flavor.

Prices are not bad, regular burrito is 7.99. compared to some places that charge 16 for one that's a good price as is the price of tacos.

The staff is awesome. I asked tons of questions about an item and they didn't mind.

They do offer some items not on the menu but rather on a stand up board... They have had champurrado before. The last time I was there they had ...caldo de res, menudo, pozole, albondigas, taquitos de pollo and a chilerelleno. I could not read the rest there due to the rain washing it out.

“One of the best taco trucks in Fresno. Carne asada has a bbq taste very flavorful. Everything is seasoned perfect. Tripe tacos are crunchy I like them crispy and they actually cook it that way when asked. Salsas are delicious. All toppings and salsas are self served which is great. They will also leave burrito open and let you put your own toppings. Then hand it back to them and they wrap it. Such a great place to eat. They open up around 5pm and close about 10/11pm. Well worth it. Trust me“

“Came here late night and ordered a burrito , I have been here before and the nachos were great but this time there was alot of fat in my burrito and for 12 bucks there are a few other options. Glad they're open late comes in handy just make sure to check your food before leaving“
