“El Rinconsito Taco truck was our stop while traveling, and I chose it based on the great reviews and it did not disappoint! The tacos were amazing, full of flavor, and the salsas were bomb. They didn’t have grilled onions at the moment, but the lady quickly made some fresh for me, which was excellent customer service.

We also ordered the asada fries; not going to lie, those could be improved they were a bit dry and lacked flavor. But aside from that, everything else was great. Taco truck was very clean, and overall, I really liked it and definitely recommend it.“

They offer multiple chiles and toppings (onions, cactus, charred jalapeño, cilantro, etc...) and have bags/containers for said items. They make their corn tortillas on site! I was very amazed to see them make large batches as they took orders. They're serving sizes are huge and are worth every single penny. They wrap your items to go.
