They have an awesome selection of authentic ingredients! This is the best place to get Japanese produce like shiso leaves. Plus, the fresh seafood selection is great. Central Fish has allowed me to pursue my love for cooking Japanese food!“

“We went to this place for the first time, not expecting much. It just looks likes a generic place in a shopping strip from the outside. When we entered, we immediately saw how clean it was and how friendly everyone was there. They were very attentive throughout the course of our meal as well! They have a little robot that brings your food out to you but the server is right there ready to get the food off of the robot waiter. The food was absolutely divine! We got the fish and a shrimp dinner instead of the combination plates. The salads were great as well! Overall, our experience was extremely satisfactory and I would recommend this place to anyone. It was a delightful surprise!“

“The food here is DELICIOUS. All the fish dishes are cooked and seasoned well, especially the battered fish, salmon and fish & chips dishes. Even their sides, like the roasted Brussel sprouts, taste amazing! The prices are fair too.
I had first tried their food when a vendor catered to my workplace, and I just had to have it again with my family. Definitely my new favorite place for seafood.

Update from 10/13/2024: They changed the Brussel sprouts recipe. This last time I ordered them, they didn't have any of the sweet sauce on it, which was disappointing.

Vegetarian options: There are meat- and fish- free options, but they are limited to sides mostly.

Parking: Parking is difficult to find during weekends and peak hours on week days.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs and a diaper changing table (in women's restroom) are available.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp from the parking lot up to the sidewalk entrance to the restaurant.“

We were warmly greeted with a smile from Lupe , I ordered the carne asada tacos and my husband had the molcajete Del Mar he devoured the whole thing lol can’t go wrong with asada tacos delicious and a good size and plenty of meat and I love the salsa verde just the rite amount of spice . We washed all that down with a michelada & my husband had this huge beer I cannot pronounce 32 ounce ☺️ Great. Customer service & hospitality definitely coming back soon . “The Xinantecatl Restaurant arose on our horizon after a week of backpacking in the Sierras. I'm sure it wasn't only the contrast with rehydrated camping food while slapping hummingbird-sized mosquitoes. But this place is the real deal! Each person in our five person party descended into reverential silence while enjoying fajitas, salad with steak, camarones a la veracruzana (spicy and savory) and camarones a la diablo (SPICY and savory). Meals were served with hot corn tortillas following complimentary excellent thick cut tortilla chips and both red and tomatillo salsas, both tangy and yummy. The man who greeted us was also the chef and waiter, a charming guy on top of talented and efficient cook and cultural translator (ask him what the restaurant name means!).  Complimentary ice creams were his final gift as we departed home to the showers he never let on knowing that we needed.  I'll be back for sure whenever I'm in town!“

“I’ve been waiting a long time for Fresno to get another Korean place. Finally, it’s here and it’s delicious! I got the combo beef short ribs wish the seafood and beef tofu soup. Holy moly was it tasty. Everything was so good even the 6 sides. I will be a regular customer for sure. They will give you refills of the sides if you really love one in particular. Go there, it’s amazing!

My friend has dietary restrictions due to his health issues and this dinner almost didn't happen if it wasn't for Chris. Give this man a raise! We both had filets and baked potatoes, which were excellent, done to perfection, and the steaks were deserving of the term "melt in your mouth."“

“Today 11/06/24 I had steak and lobster. The steak was so tuff I couldn't hardly cut it with my knife much less eat it. The lobster was so tiny almost 4 bites. The baked potato was the best of the dinner. IT cost $69.00 and should have only cost about $6.00. But the service was good. That will be the last time I go there.“

“we made a order for a special dinner, we ordered a few dinner plates and appetizers. two of the dishes sides we requested were "vegetarian" however when we opened our order it was NOT vegetarian. we also ordered cheese wontons and they had crab in them when we commented on this the manager was INCREDIBLY RUDE and asked if the menu stated they were "vegetarian cheese wontons" like we didn't know what we were reading off the menu or as if he didn't know what exactly was stated on the menu.“

“While I do miss what Pacifica Pizza use to be, I have to admit. The new owners have done a great job keeping this place alive. The Tandoori chicken pizza tastes amazing. Be sure to park carefully. Lots of people walking around due to it being next to a club. Will definitely be coming back as a customer! ?“

“This place rocks. I LIVE for their asada taco. The citrus slaw and garlic aioli are delicious on the tacos. My husband gets the 805 beer battered fish taco. I don't like fish but I wish I did because it just looks amazing and fresh. We come here as much as we can.

Kid-friendliness: It's usually a "loud" place. So kids hollering isn't much of an issue. They have a kids menu, as well. Outdoor seating is great with messy kiddos. Our kids love going and looking at all the stuff hanging up towards the ceiling.“

I asked for extra veggies instead of the macaroni salad. I don't think I got them. I had the BBQ beef. The meat was a little on the dry side and in big chunks. It would be nice if they made them smaller. Overall, the taste was good. The price is reasonable.“
