Plenty of options to choose from the menu. The lunch specials were delicious. Salmon burger and grilled halibut with potatoe cake and grilled veggies.
A friend and I both had the New York steak special last night. Wonderful!
The mushroom demi-glace was fantastic. However, the mashed potato side could be improved upon. The potatoes have little flavor and too little consistency. They soak up the glaze into a soupy mixture. Perhaps something like Steak Frites would be a better accompaniment. Just a suggestion. That being said, I love Max's!
Our experience at Max’s last night was phenomenal! The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional!!! Great job! Our new favorite spot!!!!

The restaurant is well-designed, warm, and friendly inside, despite its location in a strip mall. Customers have praised the excellent mixed drinks, truffle fries, mac and cheese, and potstickers with perfect dipping sauce. The ribeye, scallops, and dessert menu have also received positive reviews. The servers are attentive, and the dining experience is consistently wonderful, whether for lunch or dinner.
