“We had our order delivered, perhaps it was just a bad first time, but we ordered the captain frab special with crab legs crawfish and No head shrimp (along with two corn and some potatoes) The captain special seasoning didnt taste well. Majority of the Pack didnt taste anything more so bland. I’ll try it again sometime, in hopes it was just a bad first time but Be wary it could be a hit or miss.“

“My food was delicious! I can't say enough about it! It was my first time and I will definitely be going back again. The decor fit perfectly with the name. The waitress was very attentive. We received rolls with butter and baked beans as starters. They are all part of the experience. Try it yourself. You won't be disappointed.

“Only place in fresno/clovis to get Long John Silvers since the stand alone one closed. Awesome that I can get a diet A&W Root Beer with my fish and shrimp. Truly hoping this location sticks around.
I returned here to treat myself after living in Oregon for over a year (Hillsboro location is AWFUL). They truly are quality here. Not too greasy and not overly dehydrated chicken like at the other location I tried. Miss coming here every so often and I will definitely always stop by here on my visits. “The food here is DELICIOUS. All the fish dishes are cooked and seasoned well, especially the battered fish, salmon and fish & chips dishes. Even their sides, like the roasted Brussel sprouts, taste amazing! The prices are fair too.
I had first tried their food when a vendor catered to my workplace, and I just had to have it again with my family. Definitely my new favorite place for seafood.

Update from 10/13/2024: They changed the Brussel sprouts recipe. This last time I ordered them, they didn't have any of the sweet sauce on it, which was disappointing.

Vegetarian options: There are meat- and fish- free options, but they are limited to sides mostly.

Parking: Parking is difficult to find during weekends and peak hours on week days.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs and a diaper changing table (in women's restroom) are available.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp from the parking lot up to the sidewalk entrance to the restaurant.“

“I called at 4:10 on Sunday and wanted a 5 pm reservation for 4. Hostess said they were booked until 9 pm but we could come at 4:30 . I said ok. Restaurant was basically empty. Left at 6 pm and restaurant was maybe 1/3 full. If we hadn’t come you would have lost a $200 + tab. When you were not booked at all. Maybe hostess needs to be re trained so you won’t lose business. Food was excellent as always.“

“The food here was absolutely amazing and prepared so well. I don’t think anything here could taste bad. This was our first time and will be back! It is pricey, but worth it with the quality of food we ate! You won’t be disappointed!“

“The Xinantecatl Restaurant arose on our horizon after a week of backpacking in the Sierras. I'm sure it wasn't only the contrast with rehydrated camping food while slapping hummingbird-sized mosquitoes. But this place is the real deal! Each person in our five person party descended into reverential silence while enjoying fajitas, salad with steak, camarones a la veracruzana (spicy and savory) and camarones a la diablo (SPICY and savory). Meals were served with hot corn tortillas following complimentary excellent thick cut tortilla chips and both red and tomatillo salsas, both tangy and yummy. The man who greeted us was also the chef and waiter, a charming guy on top of talented and efficient cook and cultural translator (ask him what the restaurant name means!).  Complimentary ice creams were his final gift as we departed home to the showers he never let on knowing that we needed.  I'll be back for sure whenever I'm in town!“

“If you're looking for real authentic and great tasting food this is the place serving Latin style seafood and traditional usuals like tacos totadas burritos and the best enchiladas. Definitely worth a try with great service friendly staff and a real nice home town ambiance. One of my favorites.“

“What the hell did I stumble into. I was driving around and googled food near me. This place popped up, and I said...whatttttt. sure as hell. Taco truck serving seafood in an industrial park with the dining room in what appears to be an old body shop. Guess Fresno code enforcement is too busy doing other things. So my adventurous self said " what the hell, I'm here" pricey for location but food was OK. But where else can you go and get windows tinted, dent repaired, oil changed and ceviche in 1 stop.“

“I’ve been waiting a long time for Fresno to get another Korean place. Finally, it’s here and it’s delicious! I got the combo beef short ribs wish the seafood and beef tofu soup. Holy moly was it tasty. Everything was so good even the 6 sides. I will be a regular customer for sure. They will give you refills of the sides if you really love one in particular. Go there, it’s amazing!

“I want to give a big shout out to a manager at the Fresno location by the name of Chris. He truly went above and beyond to make my friend's 83rd birthday special. My friend has dietary restrictions due to his health issues and this dinner almost didn't happen if it wasn't for Chris. Give this man a raise! We both had filets and baked potatoes, which were excellent, done to perfection, and the steaks were deserving of the term "melt in your mouth."“

“we made a order for a special dinner, we ordered a few dinner plates and appetizers. two of the dishes sides we requested were "vegetarian" however when we opened our order it was NOT vegetarian. we also ordered cheese wontons and they had crab in them when we commented on this the manager was INCREDIBLY RUDE and asked if the menu stated they were "vegetarian cheese wontons" like we didn't know what we were reading off the menu or as if he didn't know what exactly was stated on the menu.“

“This place rocks. I LIVE for their asada taco. The citrus slaw and garlic aioli are delicious on the tacos. My husband gets the 805 beer battered fish taco. I don't like fish but I wish I did because it just looks amazing and fresh. We come here as much as we can.

Kid-friendliness: It's usually a "loud" place. So kids hollering isn't much of an issue. They have a kids menu, as well. Outdoor seating is great with messy kiddos. Our kids love going and looking at all the stuff hanging up towards the ceiling.“

“It was towards closing time when I came, so my expectations were not that high. The person in front of me in the drive-through took forever to decide what they wanted, about 5 minutes. I asked for extra veggies instead of the macaroni salad. I don't think I got them. I had the BBQ beef. The meat was a little on the dry side and in big chunks. It would be nice if they made them smaller. Overall, the taste was good. The price is reasonable.“
