“I came here because the place I had wanted to go, was closed permanently, it seems. I am glad I came in to burrito Loco, as the food was really tasty. I had the gobernador taco and a burrito, but can't remember which burrito, it was just very good.“

“The best Mexican food I've had in my life! And the customer service is amazing. This restaurant is family owned and some of the sweetest people I've ever met. I originally ordered fish tacos but my cousin ordered a quesadilla with fish and hers was so good! I ordered a quesadilla to go to have for later. I couldn't pass it up. I wish they were close to me I would order from them all the time. Their food was affordable, fresh, and comforting.“

“Stopped in for lunch while I was waiting for my car to be serviced nearby. Friendly worker at the counter. I placed my order, got my drink cup and a receipt. Bummer, the syrup was low on the Dr Pepper, but the root beer was fine. Settled in at a table and my order was called soon after that. The chicken planks were hot and freshly prepared. Very tasty. I hadn't had LJ in many years. The hush puppies were good. Fries were ok. They even put some of those little crunchy pieces of batter crumbs in the box. Not good for me, but tasty. Lol. The restaurant was clean and not busy while I was there.“

Chicken Marsala

“The food is really good but the atmosphere is not. There are almost no windows and it gives off major dive bar vibes. Which would be fine but it doesn’t really make a lot of sense. They have a nice and fancy dining area on the left. But on the right is where they seat everyone. They easily have the best Mexican food in town. But there are always people here who are too drunk to even walk straight who are obnoxiously loud and they will harass other customers. The food is great. Their mixed drinks are great. Most of them are 9 dollars a but everytime I’ve been here and ordered a draft beer it was between 15 and 17 dollars which doesn’t make sense. The ridge creek golf course has the same beers for 4-6 dollars.I really love their food but their lack of windows and their obnoxious customers who harass everyone make this place less desirable than it should be. It’s a great place to bring social young adults who don’t mind the drunk people starting fights and screaming the lyrics of songs at 2 pm on a weekday. But it’s sad how they have such great food while their environment is what drives others potential customers away. Everything on their menu is fantastic but they need to do something to address the unruly regulars and having 0 regular sized windows in their entire restaurant. I’ve never been unhappy with their food, but 75 percent of the time I come here I have to deal with their regulars who are incredibly obnoxious and rude“

“Let me just start off by saying I love supporting smaller businesses. This place has been staple of Reedley for as long as I can remember. The decor is little more older, but nothing wrong with that as it reminds me of Mexico. My family & I have been going to this place for 20 years. My family has also hosted many parties here in the past. The owners are very nice and friendly. They love serving their customers. The lady owner usually runs everything by herself and the husband is the cook. There is plenty of seating available. I would say please be patient with them as typically it's just the owners who run the restaurant themselves. They do have help on the weekend when it's busier. Their food has always been delicious and filling. They are not stingy with their portions. Everything has flavor and cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend anything on their menu. Their prices are very reasonable to me I love coming here because it's feels like home and less chaotic as opposed to bigger restaurants. I so far have not had a bad experience and I will keep coming back until I do!“

“Was in town for work. I was craving for shrimp coctel so I came here. When I walked in around 10:45am, the place was empty and there was only one employee (the cook) and he spoke zero English....I knew it was going to be good. I ordered the shrimp coctel to go and 2 tacos for dine in. 1 Asada and 1 Suadero. Both were legit! Probably the best Suadero I've ever had. The tortilla looks and feels homemade. The meat was flavorful and had a little Smokey flavor. Plate had generous amount of grilled onions and grilled jalapeños for just 2 tacos. It didn't come with any red salsa so I had to ask for it. Asada came with a guac sauce. Different than what I'm used to but it was good! I recommend. Can't wait to try the shrimp coctel when I get home. It's too bad I didn't take a picture of the tacos before I ate them. Presentation was good as well. I'll be back the next time I'm in Orosi and I'll be sure to take photos next time.“
