“Best Mexican authentic food in town”

“I worked with Sosa’s to cater for an event for my work. They were super easy to work with, reasonable, and on time. Fresh hot food and very efficient. I highly recommend working with their food truck to host events. Thank you again from Fort Carson 4ID!!”

“The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The chips and salsa arrived fresh and flavorful, and every dish we ordered tasted authentic and well-prepared.

The carne asada tacos were tender and perfectly seasoned, while the chicken enchiladas were rich, cheesy, and packed with flavor. The portions were generous without feeling overwhelming, and everything came out hot and fresh. I also highly recommend trying the house-made guacamole — it was creamy, fresh, and easily one of the highlights of the meal.

What really stood out was the service. Even during a busy dinner rush, the staff stayed attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Combined with the reasonable prices and vibrant atmosphere, this restaurant is a great choice for casual dinners, family outings, or meeting friends.

I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for delicious Mexican food and great hospitality.”

“It's a good place to show off you Got money and willing to spend and post it on Instagram and Facebook but like most of them the foods either rotten or nasty or not fresh but after a few $10 beers it's tasty ?”

“We took our order to go. Overall good tacos and my kids loved them. I was in the area visiting family and this is the place they recommended. When I go back to visit, I will be returning to taste the other meats they have to offer. Possibility giving them the 5 stars next time!”

“Upon entering the store, I knew it was a great idea to eat at You-Be’s. The workers were very friendly and kind. They answered all questions I had about prices and items on the menu. They were very respectful and they were quick. The pizza and ranch is also very tasty and very high quality. Additionally, it was extremely fresh and I found it to be very filling. The prices are great due to the portion sizes and quality of the pizza and ranch. Overall, it was a great experience, great customer service, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes pizza and sandwiches! I’d definitely come back again.”

“Went to the Dinuba location. I am visiting from Dallas and expressed that to the amazing young man working that I was in from out of state. He went above and beyond to make my experience an amazing one. His name was Javi (very sweet and humble young man). I can’t express how amazing he was and how a kind word and customer service goes so far. If you’re in the area be sure to give him his kudos for being a great Bro-ista!”

“The atmosphere is calm. It has a villar table and a shaffleboard to have a good time with friends. And even with strangers you feel confident...
The music is pleasant and they have a juke box so you can choose the music you like the most.
Totally recommended to go and have a michelada, some very cold beers or a mix drink full of flavor.
It also has Aguachiles de Camaron, shrimp cocktails, guacamole with pork rinds and delicious snacks.”

“Amazing place to eat! Food is very tasty, authentic and the presentation is beautiful and colorful. Yes, it’s a tiny bit more expensive but it’s definitely worth it & they have a drive-thru!! So, to me, it beats having to get off the car at some mediocre Mexican restaurant. The staff members are very kind and I can tell they take pride in the food they make. I only wish the salsa cups were bigger 🙏 My new favorite spot for Mexican food!! Thank you!!!”
