“I finally got to try the food here and I have to say it did not disappoint. It was all delicious. I got the chicken shawarma plate, it came with hummus, rice and a salad. The chicken had this delicious spicy sauce that was drizzled all over. I shared with my daughter who then wanted her own plate so I got her the beef plate. That plate was also delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try the other items. Friendly staff, clean place and I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves flavorful authentic middle eastern food. Yum“

“Colorado Grill is the best burger joint for under 20 dollars. Can’t go wrong with a boulder with cheddar. I’d take it over any sit down outside of maybe house of juju in Clovis, but even that’s a toss up depending on the day. CG always has the nicest employees who seem to genuinely care. Been a favorite spot of mine for years.“

I even split the Enchilada plate into two plates and they only charged me for one plate and a $2 side of beans and rice! Bent over backward to make our experience a good one, will be back!“

“For me Garrafa is one of the best barbacoa tacos in town the meat is always fresh and you can smell the authenticity. Now days every taco place has "quesabirrias" loaded with oil. “Easily some of the best Mexican food I've had anywhere. This was my first time there and I got the California Burrito. It came out fast and fresh and carne asada was the most tender and flavorful I've ever had. I usually pour lots of salsa on my Mexican food to enhance the flavor, but their meat was so flavorful on its own that I found myself putting less and less salsa on as I ate so I could taste the full flavor of the meat. The size of the burrito was also large compared to some other places. The owner was also extremely friendly and made sure my experience was just what I was looking for. You can tell he's a happy guy who loves what he does, and what he does is cooks up some bomb Mexican food!“
“The tacos here are always good. I live near by and I see they're open pretty consistently. It's nice because there is a lot of room for parking. It's behind the Am/Pm gas station on Ashlan. They have a table to sit and wait or you can wait in your car. The service is friendly and fast. It's a chill spot and pretty low key usually. The Sabor Michoacán is down the street but is always too crowded. The tacos here, in my opinion, are better and you can get your food quicker. Plus, if need be, you can hit the gas station before or after which is convenient.“

“Best bbq I've had so far. The rub is beyond good. You do not need the bbq sauce. Though the bbq sauce is amazing as well. The meat isn't dry, it's juicy and tasty. Green beans and Brussel sprouts are good. My husband loved the potato salad. Overall 10/10“
“Since moving to the Central Valley almost 8 years ago, we have explored every taco truck and just about every Mexican restaurant available. We are so picky. Homemade tortillas, fresh Avocado and their SALSA. The chicken and asada is so tender and flavored with perfection every.single.time. And it is on point every.single.time.Great customer service as well. We don’t like going elsewhere for quesadillas. Family of 6 two adults four teenagers can split 3 quesadillas and be full as heck. Love this place.“
“Pretty good. I liked the Hawaiian torta was good. Tacos are a little too greasy. The burritos are great! This place is a hole in the wall. Parking is a little difficult sometimes. It gets crowded some days maybe call ahead if possible. There is also another location on Mckinley, and the food there is really good, so try that location as well.“

All three are delicious! The meat is fresh and packed with so much flavor. They dress em up nicely and have been on point every time we've had them so far. Will have to explore more of their menu... I can only imagine their other dishes will probably be just as tasty. I also like their sauces and their plate of grilled onions and jalapeños in the side that they provide. Also, the horchata is AMAZING!! You can taste that it's freshly made and has such a great taste. One of my new go to for tacos! Totally recommend it to all taco lovers out there. “Really good! We got the Pupusas with frijoles and carne asada tacos and a coke. All of it for $15, $2 being a card transaction fee so bring cash to avoid it. In my opinion, the tacos were the start. “this is my second time trying Avalos kitchen taco truck & needless to say it was devoured I love their food & their horchata highly recommended you guys give them a try they are most definitely a 10/10 my new go to ! I tried their quesadilla con pollo on my first trip there & it was fire I had a supreme burrito de asada no tomato & light beans My boyfriend had a supreme burrito de asada con todo10/10 customer service I asked for them to cut my burrito in half & they did just that no hesitation it took not even 5 mins to get our food i am very happy & will be coming back very soon to try their tacos . I forgot to mention it was $25 for both of our burritos in my opinion it was very much worth it ! :)“
