“My boyfriend Mundo introduced me to this food truck. We’ve gotten food a few times since being together and oh my LORD. Best mariscos and food I’ve had in a long time. From seafood, desserts, wings, he does it all. With amazing quality, large portions, great service & overall made with care and love. He delivers every time . Keep doing what you do bro Central Valley he’s coming for all your food trucks! The photos aren’t the best because half the food is already gone but man never disappoints!“

“Ordered 1 chicken quesadilla supreme and 1 chicken taco. Total cost 17$ a bit on the pricey side but worth it. So im driving to a job in a nearby town and decide to try this taco truck. Classic Mexican move. The quesadilla was a little small but full of flavor. They give you veggies on the side so I opened it up and put them in. Real good flavor the chicken was cooked perfectly and it was gooey cheesy which I enjoy. The salsa was decent. Its more flavorful than spicy. About a 4 on the spice scale. But the chiles they use are very authentic tasting and I never had chile like that it was cool. The taco was epic. The grilled onions. Guacamole. Pico. With jalepenos really hit the spot. For parking there's a wide open area to park so its free. The service was cool. It was an older gentlemen who was polite and chill. Great experience overall it just gave a 4 on atmosphere because its kinda like a truck stop. Its not to nice looking some carvings on the tables but overall a great spot. 10/10 would eat again. Thanks.“
