“Really good meal. Steak was prepared as ordered. Service was spot on. Our group was 5 and the table wasn't crowded even with a couple appetizers still hanging around when our meals arrived.... Together and hot. Never a bad choice for dining. Only disappointing thing was they ran out of the bone marrow appetizer fairly early in the service. But still a 5 star experience“
“Great atmosphere . I ordered the Pepperoni & Jalapeno pizza. I had a honey on it which I did not like. Many pizza restaurants to chose from in the area with better pizza and more reasonable prices.Parking: Poorly designed parking lot makes it difficult for larger vehicles to park.“
“Had lunch with a friend of mine I hadn't seen in 50 years from high school.. Pia montes Italian deli has been around for such a long time. My favorite sub..is the Aircraft special... The piamonte special is also a good sandwich. The deli meats are super.. I love this place, there's seating right out fron.front. check this place out for lunch...if your in the area..Tower Dist...“
“An absolute gem of a dining experience!! We made reservations and were seated right away. The owner was actually there and conversed with us which was so nice. The drinks were amazing! We got the baked brie and spicy meatball appetizers this time but we’ve had the tuna carpaccio before and it’s perfect!!For dinner we got a ribeye perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked! We also got one of the specials which was a truffle mushroom ravioli and it was so delicious and fresh. For dessert we had crème brute and tiramisu and both were just incredible. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was nice and not too loud and the food is excellent!“
“I stopped in for lunch with a business partner and was so glad I did. The spot is cozy, with indoor and outdoor seating. My business partner and I both had the lasagna which comes with 2 pieces of garlic toast. The lasagna was really good. The sauce was bright and flavorful and there was a perfect ratio of pasta, cheese, and sauce. The menu is limited but everyone around us was practically licking their plates clean so I can get on board with a small menu if every dish is a homerun. I will definitely put this place in my rotation for business meals.“
“An absolute gem of a restaurant. Authentic northern Italian dishes served up by over-attentive wait staff while the owner circles the dining room insuring guests are pleased. The best Italian Homemade pastas, meats and more. If you haven’t eaten here yet or are visiting Fresno, do it.“
“Not gonna lie this has to be some of the best food I ever tasted and plus they get your order ready in about only 15 minutes and they’re like me n Ed’s but there crust is not so crunchy plus I think Sam’s is better and definitely better than the slop at little ceasers it’s worth the money and food comes in fast I always find myself when I’m craving that it’s something from Sam’s pizza I would really recommend this for everybody in Fresno to try, me and my bandmates during our jam sessions sometimes get some Sam’s pizza.“
“I love this place, I’ve been eating here for years because of how consistent they are but I went there recently and $27 for one calzone, smaller than the size of my hand seemed a bit unreasonable… i understand inflation but please don’t take it out on the proportions.Great food tho!“
“Definitely a must go if you are looking for a date night or even just overall great food. Service is amazing and they are very communicative when it comes to pairing your choice of food with their wine selection. A place you should be prepared to pay more than a typical spot but its worth it and will not disappoint... Best advice I can give is to make reservations to ensure you can get a spot, havent ran into an issue as far as getting a table or waiting but its always best to be prepared instead of showing up and finding out theres a waitParking: Small parking lot but havent had any issues getting one so far“
“We had a wonderful evening. It felt like a special occasion, but it was only a Saturday night craving for spaghetti and meatballs. The place is intimate, the service is attentive and professional, and the food... delicious from the crab cakes appetizer through the entrees and to the lemon cake for dessert, perfection. Thanks for a lovely time, we will be back for more!“
“I come here often with my wife and 2 boys. We started coming here because it was very close to our new house and we continue to go back because of the great food and excellent service. Lots of options and everything is amazing. You cant go wrong.“
“We just held my sister's Celebration of Life at Ovidios yesterday. It being an emotional time for family, one thing we didn't have to worry about was the food, service and atmosphere. The room was set up perfectly and Rocco was so accommodating when we wanted to make some small adjustments. The staff has so well prepared, kept food and tableware filled, and we never wanted for anything. The young men serving us were so well trained, courteous and accommodating. My family and I were so, so pleased with the venue, service, food and outcome of this very special event! Thank you to all of Ovidios, front and kitchen staff, for your hard work and helping make yesterday memorable, one that my late sister would be very pleased with. ❤️“
“Was out for a late dinner being I had just gotten off work, I tried going to 2 restraunts prior which were closed..I googled open restraunt and Angelas came up ...a friendly voice answered and confirmed they were open for service.... we headed directly there ... we were greeted by a bubbly friendly server her name was Anastasia... I was hoping our food was goin to be tastey and it did not dissapoint!...minestrone was served hot and well flavored, bread was fresh, warm and soft... and my main dish was also very good I ordered sausage and peppers alforno...mind you this restraunt was set to close in 20 minutes of arriving and still offered the best of service and hot and flavorful food!I highly reccomend..and this is coming from a person who has worked in the restraunt industry for10 plus years.“
“Talk about reliving your childhood which is what the Old Spaghetti Factory delivers! We used to have one in Seattle and much to my surprise I found this one in Fresno after driving by on two occasions. On the day I went it was packed and I had to wait 30 minutes for a table (plan ahead and you can make a reservation via their website) but it was worth it. The server I had was very good and she was attentive. I kept my order simple by getting the spaghetti and meat sauce with a side order of a meatball and of course you need to get the three course meal which comes with salad or a minestrone soup, a main dish and of course a scoop of spumoni ice cream (vanilla is optional). No doubt the game changer is the baby loaf of soft warm bread with butter. The inside setting is brick lined walls and was very clean and of course a train situated right in the middle of the restaurant. Back in the day my kids would request for us to wait for a table in the box car! Wish I could pack this place in my luggage to bring back home again. All the reason to go back to Fresno again!“
“Good food, but pricey. I definitely found things to get again, as well as a few to skip in the future. The spicy carbonara spaghetti was delicious. The RCBA (rigatoni, chicken, bacon, alfredo) was good too, though the chicken clearly screamed, "Tyson frozen chicken strips," complete with fake grill marks and everything. The meatball sub was tasty.I'll definitely skip the mozzarella sticks in the future. Six mozzarella sticks for $13 is a bit unreasonable, and the mystery sauce that came with it was so thin it didn't adhere to the stick when dipped. I'll skip the zucchini sticks in the future, too. There were a good number of them, but it they were almost completely bread crumbs, with little zucchini to be found. The ranch that came with it was so tangy that it was almost inedible. All in all, this is a good option for a food truck lineup, but like so many other establishments, there are things that shine, and others that disappoint.“
“Fantastic freshly made meatball-topped fettuccine alfredo, sautéed veggies, salad, and a heaping serving of freshly baked bread with real butter, all sent straight to my truck by Uber Eats! After a week of traveling, I'm excited to occasionally indulge in this delicious meal when I return to the city! ??“
“Parking: parking lot, plenty of parking. Service: Wow. Absolutely amazing, 11/10. Jonathan, the manager, did such an amazing job today taking care of my order. He went above and beyond my expectation. I had a issue with my order and he acknowledged it and offered me a solution, no question asked. Food: IMO, DiCicco's pizza is delicious. The crust is not soggy and the pizza is not overly saturated with cheese, therefore, no pools of oil sitting on the pizza. Favorite pizza is the DiCicco's Special.“
“Nice people, good food just takes a little longer to get fed due to short on sftaff. Pretty much a cozy relaxing place to hang out atVegetarian options: This is give or take unless you like it cold . That should mean a salad of some kind of course. That's if u like it coldParking: Fills up quickly, but cansort of use additional parking adjacent to it. E.g. credit union bank, batter up pancakes and th rite aid oil j front if need beKid-friendliness: Very friendly, will always try to rectify the problem to the best of their abilityWheelchair accessibility: Just recently fix a parking lot issue of some sort. Every thing should be up to code“
“Campagnia's is always an experience. Good drinks, good food, good service. My sorority loves to frequent here for brunch. This time we went for happy hour to celebrate departure of 2 of our sisters leaving in the military. Filled the table up with appetizers and drinks. We had a ball laughing and sharing stories. Life is always good when you share it with people you care about.“
