Bianca pizza made with four cheeses was one big WOW for us. We ordered a medium take out and to re-crisp the bottom crust we warmed slices in the toaster oven without a pan in a 350 degree oven for 5 +/- minutes. Homemade tomato sauce on the side to dip bites into was the finishing touch but any favorite store bought sauce would minic the same. Dessert? Great food and awesome service. I love that you can order on the app and pick up when the food is ready. We normally order their pizza and / or fries. They have an amazing 'house' sauce that goes with the fries. Yum! Their gluten free pizza was out of this world. We got the spicy jalapeño pizza with the sausage and pepperoni…it was freaking delicious. I’m from LA and been to NYC, been around the world and this place offers better pizza than what you’ll find in most cities everywhere.
