“This In-N-Out location on West Shaw is consistently excellent. I come here pretty regularly since I travel through this area often, and it’s exactly what you want from an In-N-Out experience.
Like most In-N-Outs, timing matters. The best times to go are either right when they open or later at night during the week. Dinner rushes, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, can get very busy. Parking becomes more difficult, and the drive-thru line can easily turn into a 15–20 minute wait. That said, the food is always fresh, and the consistency makes it worth it.
The burgers, fries, and shakes are exactly what you’d expect from In-N-Out. Fresh ingredients, good quality, and made to order. Don’t forget to ask for peppers and extra spread packets at the drive-thru because they make everything even better.
One thing that consistently stands out is the customer service. The employees here are always friendly, efficient, and professional, even when the place is packed.
I’ve been to probably 30 different In-N-Out locations across California over the years, and this one absolutely lives up to the brand’s reputation. Consistently good food, consistently good service, and overall just a dependable spot. I’m glad this location is close by.“

“I can't believe I've never tapped into the spot before. First time but definitely not the last time. Fish basket was on point and definitely have to go back to check out the rest of the menu. And you ever spent more time driving and eating because the passengers can never decide what they wanna eat? I got your fix right here. Jay and Amber got something for everybody. Literally! “Burgers are JUICYYY . Just like the name .. tried their Sacramento location 2 weeks ago .. 10/10 !! Then realized why have I not tried the Fresno location?? I’m right down the street from this location.. just tried it and man was it sooooooo good !! Got a double cheeseburger added bacon . And it was Delicious!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Wish I took a picture but I scarved it down so fast !“

“First time here and my daughter and I liked it, I will say though that the ring of hard melted cheese on top of the loaded fries isn’t possible to eat especially using flimsy plastic forks so I might suggest switching to a cheese sauce instead but other than that everything tasted good.“

“I was craving a pastrami sandwich so I went to try this place out and I ordered the pastrami sandwich combo and I got a hotdog bun with dried out pastrami fries were burnt and they charged me 13.50 for this abomination of a sandwich I never felt so ripped off THIS PLACE IS STRAIGHT GARBAGE 🗑 DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY“

“I had the triple cheeseburger with a large Oreo shake and an order of fries and I was stuffed! While waiting for my food they served to other guests soft serve that had to have been a foot tall above the cone itself!!! My food showed up hot, delicious and the shake had to have been a pound of soft serve alone!! Loved everything!! Will swing by again if I’m ever in the area!!“

“My cashier was Tamara and was very nice and best quality Carl’s Jr burger I ate it was the Diablo Burger and made super fresh I suggest people go there and God Bless those workers who took my order and made my burger it was on point 5 stars I would do 10 but it won’t let me thank you again and God Bless those workers 🙏✝“
