“big parties make reservations also for those on a tight budget you can look at the menu online to be prepared. The meals are a nice size those pancakes are humongous. There is this contest to eat a Grand Slam WOW! Good luck if you attempt it.“

“Had everything bagel with cream cheese and Nova. Nice sandwich nicely made but calling it a NY bagel is a stretch. I liked it for what it was. Again nicely made. A NY bagel has more bite. I understand from a marketing perspective it works especially out here in Fresno. My 3 star on the “Food” is because the Cappuccino was so bad. The beans were not dark roast. The trying-hard barista made me a Latte and it was not drinkable. Next store is the infamous local Starbucks. I try not to go to Starbucks but they sometimes make a decent espresso. Oh well.“

“I eat at Huckleberry’s at least twice a month, today however my experience was not good to the point that I did not leave a tip and feel terrible about that. I went in around noon on Sunday, I knew it would be busy. I signed in for one and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I sat there roughly 10 minutes. Two ladies came in signed in. Apparently they knew one of the waitress and were seated a few minutes later even though I was there before them. A waiter then approached the hostess and pointed at the clipboard, the hostess told him she was not going to seat one person in a booth. So I approached the hostess that initially signed me in and inquired why the two ladies were given a booth even though I was there before them, she didn’t know and looked for the waitress who sat them. The waitress proceeded to move them to a bigger booth to seat me. I was very disappointed. I realize it was not right to leave a tip but customers should not be given preferential treatment.“

“Great vegan options! Fun to get good vegan breakfast at a classic American breakfast place.
I had the southwestern skillet or bowl (forgot the name) and my wife had the waffle. We also had a side of hash browns and I asked if they cook them on a griddle with meat. The waiter said the cook them with the other potatoes. I was pleased that they had absolutely no meat fat flavor from a shared griddle.“

“I love the outdoor patio seating. There is a huge fountain in the center of the patio, large plants all around, and it has a ‘Paris Cafe’ feel. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the food arrives quickly and hot. The food presentation looks like it came from a travel magazine. The food is reasonably priced, for the amount of food that you get. The food is delicious every time. Everything on the menu is delicious! I would highly recommend the Breakfast House. They make the best Belgian waffles in town and they use fresh strawberries, whipped cream and cinnamon sugar dust! The bacon is crispy and savory and the eggs are fluffy and rich. The crepe eggs Florentine were delicious as well! They also have a full bar, so you can enjoy a mimosa with your brunch!“
