Spacious environment. Plenty of space inside, and covered and open-air seating outside. It's in a nice area too. Does train have several locations in the Fresno-Clovis area, and I think this one is my favorite. There are also kind of in the corner of the plaza which means less movement and noise, making being outdoors even more pleasant.

I was happy to take my family that was visiting me from out of town here and they loved it. We relaxed in the sun eating treats and drinking good coffee.

Their hot chocolate is pretty rich, and smooth. Most of the time I hate hot chocolate.

They also have wi-fi here (good speed even with a lot of people on laptops here). I definitely appreciated that since I had to get some work done here and didn't have internet at my place at the time. You can eat well here.

Also, try the salmon and cream cheese bagel, lots of flavor; savory too.

They also have the friendliest people. You can't fake that if you have a toxic manager. So these people are doing a lot right!“

They make the best Belgian waffles in town and they use fresh strawberries, whipped cream and cinnamon sugar dust! The bacon is crispy and savory and the eggs are fluffy and rich. The crepe eggs Florentine were delicious as well! They also have a full bar, so you can enjoy a mimosa with your brunch!“

“I had 1 pancake, bacon and coffee yesterday. I returned today with my wife and we each had the same thing. We both grew up in West Fresno so it brought back some memories for both of us about Fresno's Chinatown. This is a hole in the wall type diner but you won't leave hungry.
