“Saturn helped my son and I figure out which flavors we liked best. Such an absolute sweetheart and super patient! We settled on honey lavender for my son and I had pistachio and cherry. They were fantastic! We took some honey lavender and salted caramel to my mom and she loved it.
The store is very clean with really cute decor. The service provided by Saturn was wonderful and the ice cream itself is unbelievably creamy and delicious! 10/10“

“Their point system is the strangest thing ive ever encountered; i had a bunch ofpoints i didnt know id built up….but i have to have 75 to use them. I dont usually spend that much at once so i guess i wont use them?
The person at the register handed me a paper and said “see it says it here” ..but the paper just said 1$=1 point, 5$=5pts, etc. i couldnt find anywhere on the site or in the store where it said that.
Yes other dispensaries do it….with minimums of like 25$.

Prices are pretty reasonable and top notch quality ice cream. Wish they had a shop closer to home in our backyard. Luckily not though. Losing weight isn’t easy as you age.“

“Ok new rewards program: Best to only use the $6.00 at a time! If you use the $10.00 rewards it drops below what you even need for $6.00 reward. Come on Menchies you can do vetter than that! The new reward progran is better for you, not the consumer. Getting better! Now bring back peanut butter“

“This is not only the distribution center, but they sell the paletas here now too along with other frozen desserts, like mangoneadas. The area for this is small, but they do have tables outside if you want to eat your treat there. These paletas have been my favorite since I was a kid, so it's nice to visit and buy them directly. The person helping us was nice too.“

“I had the triple cheeseburger with a large Oreo shake and an order of fries and I was stuffed! While waiting for my food they served to other guests soft serve that had to have been a foot tall above the cone itself!!! My food showed up hot, delicious and the shake had to have been a pound of soft serve alone!! Loved everything!! Will swing by again if I’m ever in the area!!“

“We were greeted with a smile as soon as walked in. We were waited on Sam who was very friendly. The staff worked very well together (Sam, Shawn, and Luis). “05/11/22 - Stopped here for dessert with a friend.The staff was very kind and patient with us as we figured out what we wanted.It's fairly straightforward, you grab a cup, then proceed to pick out whatever Yogurt you want from the yogurt dispenser (yogurt dispenser...I never that thought those two words would go together in a sentence so well). Next you'll choose whatever toping you like. There was about 10-13 flavors to choose from as far as yogurt when we were here, ranging from Chocolate milk to Blueberry. There was also about two dozen toppings from crushed Kit Kat to almonds and m&ms.You pay by weight, so technically the only limit to how many toppings you can get is the size of the cup and your ability to pay for it all.Overall, we were in and out fairly quickly and my combination turned out to be delicious.“

“This location specifically is THE BOMB. Great customer service, and they have a bunch of little perks: like a certain flavor served year-round when other locations only have it seasonally, they offer WARM hot fudge, and other little secrets. You gotta come here to find out.
10/10 we drive 15 extra minutes to come to this location instead of the one 5 min from our house!!“
