“The food is normally really good and the employees are very nice and awesome. Today I had an online order and when I went to pick it up, the app told me to check in and wait at a spot. So I did and the screen said it was being prepared and to keep waiting. I waited 30 minutes so I pushed the red button and the employee told me that my food had been ready so to just come through the drive thru (even though the app told me to wait at the spot and the workers would bring out the food to me.) So when I did get my food, it was very cold. But the workers apologized and were very nice. Mistakes happen everywhere and I think today was a pure accident. I love the restaurant and the employees. Just had the one negative experience today.“

“They bring alot of competition to the local spots. Multiple flavored cones of a variety. Flavors of ice cream I have never even heard before. Of course things that other fancy ice cream spots do such as combining any flavor of scoops into a milkshake.“
