“Walking in first impression was, wow they are so welcoming. It is so refreshing to finally walk into a restraunt that actually have staff that was inviting and not in a overly powerful way (this is coming from an introvert).

Don't be fooled by the look of the food. It is humble looking but definitely delicious. I sat there thinking, I know this kind of taste. It is not generic like so many other japanese restraunts in America. It was a pleasent and nostalgic taste that took me back to Japan where I walked into an establishment that has been there for years serving their community with their wonderfully made food. In other words, if you are looking for an experience like Goro Inogashira in the tv series: Solitary Gourmet, this is the perfect place. Taste like I'm back in Japan.

The high rating on google for a small establishment is usually a hit or miss but NOT for this restraunt. A 4.7☆ with over 300+ reviews hits the mark on this. I will surely be back for more. The yakisoba is a must!

“🤩 WOW!!! My hubby and I just found this delicious eatery today located on the corner of Bullard and Marks in Fresno!!! YOU MUST GO CHECK IT OUT!! Her meals are all plant based and extra healthy!! My hubby got the nacho chorizo grub wrap and it was enough for him to have it for lunch and dinner!! 😋 I got the Garden Bagel-wich and for something this healthy it was beyond tasty … seriously my new favorite place to eat in Fresno!!! If you want something healthy and delicious … you absolutely have to go to Rappit Up!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“

“As far as service goes, I've been to Michelin restaurants, super ritzy restaurants, out of the country places, and I've never had better service than at Parma. You can't beat it here. They are so professional and wouldn't let my drink get halfway before refilling it. The owner came by and chatted with us which was nice.

My wife's dish was ok, but we loved my lasagna. We got the appetizer sampler and everything was fresh with good ingredients. The desserts we tried were also ok. Foodwise it's a 4/5 here.

They got him what he needed and had him out the door as quick as possible while providing great customer service to him, the people behind me and myself. “Bit expensive but delicious and worth it in my opinion. We ordered 2 kids meals, one six inch sandwich and a four inch with two fountain drinks and it cost about $50. The turkey cranberry sandwich was amazing and the Italian sub was great. My kids loved their turkey sandwiches. Overall a wonderful experience, the young lady who took our order was pleasant and very friendly. My only two complaints were that the kitchen was rather noisy, (slamming things and such) and the price seemed a bit steep for a deli sandwich and drinks.“

“The door Dash driver drove around my neighborhood for 10 minutes while he looked for the knit restaurant that was five minutes away then drove to the restaurant and rather than contacting DoorDash customer service he sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes because he couldn’t find the restaurant. I contacted the restaurant to find out what was going on with my order and was told the driver most likely couldn’t find their location and they had no way to contact door dash or the driver. This irritated me… the manager quickly said he would personally deliver my order to me. Upon getting ready to leave the restaurant the driver finally found it and delivered my order. I was highly impressed with the way the manager handled the situation. Great customer service! Thanks again!“

Medium size is $16 and it was well worth it! We even had leftovers for dinner. I highly recommend this place. It’s clean, you don’t have to wait long for your order, excellent service.“
