I ordered a pizza melt and a smoothie on my phone and it was said I would receive a text when it was ready even after it gave you a time. I waited a few mins after the specified time it gave me just in case they were a little behind but I didn’t receive a text. My worst experience at Panera! After making my order and waiting approximately 10 minutes, I was informed they didn't have the bagel I ordered for my sandwich. When they finally notified me, they offered another type bagel, ...plain. Boring! So I ask for toasted sourdough, I got my sandwich on plain sourdough. Gave up and just ate what I got.
