Sent our grilled cheese order back because the cheese was cold and not melted. I was advised by the employee behind the serving counter that they have issues with the cheese not melting. She proceeded to mention that they grill it twice and it still does not melt. She offered to make it again but that she does not guarantee a different outcome.This is poor quality and is unacceptable. She offered to make a different sandwich only after I refused to take the plate back. Per their policy, they cannot take the food back.Side note… On the menu, next to Grilled Cheese, it says “New Recipe”.

I ordered a pizza melt and a smoothie on my phone and it was said I would receive a text when it was ready even after it gave you a time. I waited a few mins after the specified time it gave me just in case they were a little behind but I didn’t receive a text. So I went in there and my food was cold and my smoothie was melted even after charging over 5 dollars for what seems like 5 oz of smoothie. They said it was my fault I didn’t come inside at the exact moment it gave me, mind you I was literally less than 5 mins over and never received a text. But whatever oh well, it can be warmed up but when I got home and took it out of the bag I was dumbfounded. To think I paid 15 bucks for what seemed like just a loaf of bread. Will not be giving my business to them anymore, which is a bummer because I enjoyed eating there.
I ordered the whole toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich from Panera bread via Uber Eats. Regrettably, it turned out to be the worst sandwich I've ever had. The ingredients didn't seem fresh, emitting an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the sauce used had an overly sharp taste that made it unappetizing. After one bite, I found it inedible and disposed of the remainder. This experience has made me hesitant to order anything from them again.

For the third time in a row, Panera had coffee canisters that were out of coffee, no half & half available, 8 bagels left, a long line with one clerk at the register. None of the employees looked up to check on the line to help and this was around 8:15 a.m. Whoever the manager is, he/she/they is doing a lousy job and needs to be retrained. At least the tables were clean.

My worst experience at Panera! After making my order and waiting approximately 10 minutes, I was informed they didn't have the bagel I ordered for my sandwich. When they finally notified me, they offered another type bagel, ...plain. Boring! So I ask for toasted sourdough, I got my sandwich on plain sourdough. Gave up and just ate what I got.

Well...This Panera lost a sale today as well as future sales to at least myself. I asked for a sandwich that I have eaten there in the past. In the past I got the sandwich on a soft bread instead of the baguette that is advertised because a surgery that I had keeps me from eating harder food . The person taking my order did not know how to change it to a soft bread. So they went back to the cooks and asked if they could make it on a soft bread and the person cooking shouted to me that it only comes on a baguette. Kind of a bummer because it's the best sandwich I've had from there and I will not go back to the inconsistencies of that store.
