I found Ginza while out on business in the Central Valley looking for some deals on Upside. This place intrigued me as I was going to be in the area Friday and I needed meatless or fish items. This place can be a little tricky to find if it's your first time going here, but it's easy on and off.This store reminds me of places like Hibachi Express that are more quick-serve than full restaurant. The staff are always great,friendly, sweet and make you feel that they are glad your there. Food, superior, couldn't say more. I have been going there since 1979, need I say more?

Great food! Everything I've had is fantastic! I've eaten here for more than 25 years! Both the original owners and the close friends who they sold it to are Terrific! They work daily at the restaurant to ensure every order is prepared with love! Service is terrific and although the ambiance is more ouster the appreciation of the owner(s) for your business far outweighs the lack of fan fare of the basic tables/chairs. Highly recommend this place!!!!
