“Went into this Port O Subs on March 8th (early lunch hour) with a large group of coworkers and upon ordering my sandwich they informed me they were out of guacamole. I canceled my order for the vegetarian sandwich (because everyone knows a sandwich without guacamole is no sandwich at all). At this Point the manager ran next-door to The grocery store and got an avocado To make me a sandwich. I was beyond impressed by their customer service and the managers quick thinking. I would absolutely returned this Port of subs over and over again!“

“I want to give the biggest shout out for Jersey Mike's Riverpark store and the one on Riverside. I ordered off the catering many lunch for 15 people but ordered from the wrong store. There was not enough time to drive across town so they made me a whole new order right on the spot and didn't charge me for the other order. That's what customer service is all about.
