I find absolutely gross and unsanitary that the employees will touch everything with gloves on and your food. What is the point of wearing gloves if you're going to touch everything that is touched by others without gloves in addition to the food. Really gross. If you start touching other things and go back to making sandwiches, change out your gloves.
I think this place must be under new ownership, previous times I’ve been here I didn’t care for the service or the overall atmosphere but I walked in today, the place got a facelift and service was a 10! Definitely will be back :)

Totally disappointed in the pastrami sandwich. Hardly any meat on the sandwich.. it is all bread. 4 slices of pastrami. I guess I am used to another sandwich shop that packs in the pastrami. The service was excellent, but I won't be going back.
