Totally disappointed in the pastrami sandwich. Hardly any meat on the sandwich.. it is all bread. 4 slices of pastrami. I guess I am used to another sandwich shop that packs in the pastrami. The service was excellent, but I won't be going back.

I find absolutely gross and unsanitary that the employees will touch everything with gloves on and your food. What is the point of wearing gloves if you're going to touch everything that is touched by others without gloves in addition to the food. Really gross. If you start touching other things and go back to making sandwiches, change out your gloves.

So, I use to work at Deli Delicious. I've trusted this Franchise for a long time. I will start by saying Deli Delicious is great, NOT THIS LOCATION. STAY AWAY. Judging by my order, I can tell whoever is managing this place, is doing an awful job. I got a FULL grilled chicken salad and I got 1, quarter full, side of ranch. Probably enough ranch for 3 fry dips ha I got less than half a serving of chicken. You guys are suppose to weigh the chicken. I had 3 pieces and chicken crumbs. I also got a mini tuna and the bread was burnt and stale. I KNOW IT WAS STALE BECAUSE IT WAS DRY AND HARD, NO BLAME ON TOASTING. You want Deli Delicious, go to a different location. Waste of money. Train your staff correctly. I recommend the one on Blackstone and Bullard if youre ever on that side of town. Lovely staff. FATASTIC FOOD. Does things right by the book. Not Fig Garden. Nasty.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and paid $38.95 for them, in the photo is supposed to be there tri tip steak with jack cheese. In the first picture is a dryed up piece of meat and didn't receive the chips I order and was charged for them. I called down to the store at 6034 Figarden Dr. And asked to talk to the manager, when I was explaining to him about the sandwich he hung up on me. Very rude and bad customer service.

Today is the second time now that we ordered sandwiches that have avocado in the name, and there was no avocado in the sandwich. Also today my wife's sandwich was ordered without cream cheese because she's allergic. And there is cream cheese on the sandwich. She doesn't get to eat her food and my time is worth more than a $7 sandwich so I won't be going back. Quality control is definitely not a priority at this location. Better off going across the street to Subway. At least the sandwich is made right every single time. At this point if I could give 0 stars I would.

I am a deli delicious fan. I have been going for 20 years. This store has disappointed me for the last time. I will not be going back. If I spend 53 dollars on sandwiches at deli delicious I expect product quality and good food. I ordered on door dash and picked up in the store. They had drawn a sad face on my reciept and said no sprouts. I asked if the could compensate us with a fry he said thats 2 different prices then agreed. He still didn't even put the fries in the bag. Sandwiches and salad were so skimpy. Not worth it. This store is a poor excuse of what delicious should be.
Great sandwiches! Fresh and great taste! Got the Med-8" Turkey sprout avocado sandwich with Swiss everything had great taste veggies and meat.

But what got was pure disappointment, a tad bit of mustard with a small slab of pickle, a sliver of one piece of onion, and yellow peppers which I re-requested and 6 pieces of pastrami, the Cheese was nowhere to be found. I paid $23.82 for a dry --- sandwich.☠️???️

Food always comes out great from this location and good atmosphere. Service is fast and friendly.
