Hands down some of the best Yemeni food I’ve ever had! The Lamb Mandi was phenomenal—the meat was so tender it literally fell off the bone, and it had that perfect, authentic smoky flavor. The basmati rice was incredibly fragrant and perfectly seasoned from the lamb juices. Don't skip the Sahawiq (spicy green/red sauce), it adds the perfect kick.
