However, there have been instances where orders were incorrect, requiring extra effort to resolve the issue. The area surrounding the restaurant has a homeless population, but customers are willing to help by providing meals. The food should be hot, and the coffee is always good and hot. While the outside area could use some improvement and cleaning, the chicken nuggets have a noticeable difference in thickness. The staff, except for one friendly older woman, can be rude, and the drive-thru staff sometimes appears unsure of their tasks.
