Very slow service. Waited over 30 minutes for my order. I ordered to go, just two McMufin and two coffee. Only one person serving the food inside. They seem to be more interested in taking care of the drive-through. There was a big line of people inside waiting for their food, and the staff didn't seem to care.There were employees moving everywhere like chickens without heads, and there was no coordination. This was worst McDonald's that I have ever been to.

They were slow, I understand it is the morning but you should have the personnel to get the job done. This isn't the first time that this McDonald's has been slow.

Saint Paul's

Drive-thru extremely slow at 4:30pm, Wed before big storm. I wanted an ice cream cone. From the time I pulled up to the drive thru to the time I drove away was 22+ min. The ice cream was partially melted and dripping onto the napkin that the worker wrapped it in. The drive thru at Shields and Blackstone is routinely 10-12 minutes for a full order, not merely a snack.

Mariana in the drive through is rude, she got very very snappy because I misunderstood her question and felt she needed to yell at me. She then proceeded to be rude to the customers behind me. if your not happy with your job please leave

Alot of homeless in the area and in the the drive thru I will say though it's one of the better McDonald's food wise.

Don't go here. When told to pull into the mobile order slot to wait for our food after going through the drive-through, there were people just hanging out in the driveway. Then, while waiting, you have to be yelled at because you don't give a person money. It's too much to go through for overpriced food and cold fries.

People provide terrible customer service; they ignore your requests for assistance. If you're not paid enough, individuals will just quit their employment and find somewhere else to work where you won't have to deal with them. However, morning shift workers require more training.

Area known for homeless hanging around, but I still help them with a meal at times. Food should be hot. Coffee is always good and hot. They could use some TLC outside the place and keep it clean. It would be more inviting.
