Placed a order with Ralph(Downtown) at 4:12pm and was quoted a 1hr delivery wait. After a hour and 10 minutes we called to see what was going on and they could not find our order. The food was not on its way nor was done. The lady we spoke with retook our order and told us she would call back after figuring out what happen. Did a delivery order from the Shaw & Van Ness location, first they told the delivery guy they didn’t see my order, then they said they gave my food to someone else and they said once it leaves the restaurant it’s not their problem/fault. The delivery guy asked them to remake it, but the restaurant refused. How is it my fault that staff didn’t check who they gave my order to. Won’t be giving them my business again.
