“After the H.S. Graduation we went in the Drive thru. Service was fast and the food was fresh.
We asked for sauce and that was missed so we had to go in and get it.

“Our family had such a great experience at The Habit in Reedley,CA that I wanted to recognize the entire team.

My spouse, sister-in-law, niece, nephew, and I arrived at 9:29 p.m., only to realize the restaurant closed at 9:30. We honestly thought they closed at 10:00 and are definitely not the kind of family that intentionally shows up at the last minute.

Despite the timing, the employee who greeted us was warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. She explained that although they had technically closed, because we arrived before 9:30, they would be happy to take our order. Considering the size of our group, it ended up being a fairly large to-go order. Not once did anyone—including the team preparing our food—make us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them.

Instead, everyone treated us with genuine hospitality, and the food was excellent as always.

Exceptional customer service is hard to find, especially at the end of a long shift. Kudos to the entire Reedley Habit team for going above and beyond. Thank you for turning what could have been an awkward situation into such a positive experience. Our family truly appreciates your kindness, and we’ll definitely be back.“

“My experience at this Burger King the times I have gone have always been very good, they have always served me very well and the food has always been very good and fresh, and the place always looks clean apart from the fact that it is a very new place It doesn't have so much that they opened it, the parking lot is very large and it is located in a very good place, the truth is I do recommend it for all lovers of a delicious whopper, this place does not have an area for children to play. I recommend it.“

“Place was very dirty my family and I had to ask an employee to clean a table for us because all of them were dirty my brother had to grab a broom to sweep under the table the whole place was a mess! Don’t recommend eating there ! Food was dry and stiff mustard was past date coffee we ordered had no sugar in it after we asked for it I got a miduiem size frise and they were half ways full!!“
