The employee who helped us, Lorenzo, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. He made the experience welcoming and enjoyable. When my kid ordered a soda (for the first time!) he shared a quick, funny story about his own experience as a kid that made us all smile. It was such a genuine interaction and really made our visit memorable. Excellent customer service!
