Jilacey (I’m sure I butchered the spelling I’m so sorry!) was so incredibly sweet and helpful and got us everything we needed, she was even nice enough to make us up some mayo & mustard containers to take with us. Above and beyond customer service and a wonderful start to our morning. Thank you so much :)“

“I personally haven't had Burger King for about 10 years. I went here in Orange Cove and it was great :) actually went a few times this last month. Great staff that say good morning/ day once they see you and ready to take your order and get you going about your day ASAP. The breakfast sandwiches are hot, enjoyable, and fresh! Very good! Same with the burger I had for lunch, different staff that time, but just as polite and helpful. I'll definitely be returning there when I'm in the mood for a good hot breakfast sandwich or even a fast lunch burger :)“

“After the H.S. Graduation we went in the Drive thru. Service was fast and the food was fresh.
We asked for sauce and that was missed so we had to go in and get it.

Those small details matter. I can tell management is training well. Make every customer want to come back.“

“Foods pretty good most days. Sometimes they don’t fry their fish or chicken long enough and the batter is still gooey on the inside and their yellow not golden. When specific people aren’t working the rest off the crew seem to slack big time in cleaning and being nice.
Please order some more black pepper? It’s been out for like almost 2 weeks. Need it on the potatoes and gravy or they just taste like watered down.“

I went close to closing when I was sick and I didnt want to cook and they made me the best chicken sandwich I had ever had! They serve quality till the end!“

“The food is usually good, but the inside service definitely needs some help. Seeing people at the counter obviously needing something and being ignored is annoying!!!!!!!We are still human, giving more attention to the actual dining customers goes a long way. Especially when y'all took the sauce packets away, eating utensils and napkins. If they're not willing to make sure our lil extra needs are on the tray, then you need to put all of that back out in the dining area for eat in customers that get ignored standing at the counter ?‍♀️??“

“I came to KFC on 12/26/25 @ 9pm and the front door was locked, I also tried the drive-through and no one took my order at the speaker there was no sign or anything indicating that this location would close early, This is my favorite place to come when I want a hot meal, It’s a block away from my house, I’m very disappointed if management can please look into this I would appreciate it. Very disappointed in this location, No reason to be closed at 9 PM when sign at 10 PM.“
