Food is always good, but the service wasn’t and never is at this location. Place was dirty, the floors need to be mopped and all of the tables were messy. Smoke was hanging in the air and the door was propped open with a chair. Staff didn’t care. They were out of catchup and half of the soda selections were unavailable. I love Popeyes but not this location, make the drive to the McKinley location.
Genuinely! Truly! Everyone here was just so nice! I came on 12/7/23 at around 2 pm and I was just so impressed with the service—everyone was giving recommendations and genuinely it had the sweetest atmosphere. It was very lovely !Oh and the food was amazingOverall, this was my first time coming here and eating the food and I was genuinely impressed

I was disappointed. I ordered in the app. When I went to pick up they didn't have what I ordered and they said they had no way to contact me. Well my email amd phone number were asked of me prior to ordering. I ended up with what I didn't want because I already paid and they didn't even offer me a drink for the inconvenience. This particular store I have always had issues with of some kind. That is NOT my normal popeyes experience.
