“I love the staff and the effort they put into my drinks. I love how they always greet me whenever I come in and whenever I come here to study its like another support system. I've been coming to this store since 2022, and I have always been treated with respect, and they are my bar besties. I love coming here, and I could not see myself at another store.“

“Just want to put a yelp review to say the volume on the mics in the drive are so low. I can barely hear what they’re saying and I’ve went for the passed 3 days in a row so not sure what the issue is. Other than that great service they did mess up on my drink but fixed it right away and were polite even though they were extremely busy.“

“I was having one of the worst days - My mom was in the hospital and stopped in to get a coffee before visiting hours. The team asked if I was headed to work and I let them no my day would be that fun. When I went to pick up my drink I was greeted with breakfast, too. It would be the only thing I ate for 13 hours. I sat in the cry and cried beautiful tears from being seen. I always come to this Starbucks when I visit home and I’m so blessed that I stopped in. Thank you“

“Always love going here, I usually use the app to pre-order so that the drink is ready when I get there. They always do a good job with the drinks. I think one time they messed up the drink, but one out of 100 isn’t bad at all. It’s a very busy location so it can be annoying to get in and out of the parking in the drive-through lane, but the employees really work hard and fast and this is my go to for coffee when I don’t have time to make it at home.“

“Boston, the barista working drive thru, has some of the best customer service I’ve seen. He really cares about his job and shows passion, as a manager of a very large retail that is customer service focused, Bostons skill shines very brightly, very confident, approachable, and asks you open ended questions. He asks you how your day was, and makes you feel very welcome. Whoever trained him, and hired him, best decision you’ve ever made. Extremely talented individual. I don’t even care about the coffee or food, I’m just mind blown by his customer service. At this point, I’m going to Starbucks just to say wassup to Boston, and I would just happen to get my coffee as well. 10/10“

“I go here Everyday most get my order somewhat how I like it or it's watery but when Jana is there seems to always get it perfect she has very great customer service, kind , professional and on point on making my Frap the way I like there is always a few who are just as kind but they do there best on my drink I'm still happy Thank you To Jana though for Being a true barista“

“Great location love the baristas. But half the time I get food, it's cold If it's a warmed up item and half the time if I get a cake pop with a warm item they put the cake pop on the back of the warm item. So it's melted, and also the only thing they ever seemed to write on The cup's is you matter, no offense but if you're only gonna write that one thing, don't write on the cup, so I don't want to see you matter on every single cup. And it's not even the same baristas because I go almost every day and it'll be different sets of baristas, and this is written on the cups, which tells me it might be prewritten on the cups, which is really, really, really annoying. And I think it's the dumbest policy that starbucks has.“

“I ordered a pumpkin latte, which had a funky taste to it. I walked in to take it back, and the manager, Hannah, was behind me and immediately asked if I had an issue with my drink. She had it remade, and it still just wasn't right, so I asked to just go back to a regular latte. They remade my drink twice, and the manager, Hannah, gave me two $4 off cards to use. Amazing customer service. Hard to find these days.“

“This Starbucks is located inside the Target store. It's a good sized store that is kept clean and well stocked. I haven't seen a difference between this Starbucks and an independent store. They have all my favorite drinks, which I have picked up on my way in, and my way out. It's very convenient if you're a frequent Target shopper.“

“This is another location that has lost some points for service in my point of view. My drink was not that good here and my drink was lost. I was told it was made but my name was never called and when it was remade it didn't taste right.“

“The epitome of consistency at Starbucks. I regularly order here and as a man that can tell heavy cream from whole Milk, I really appreciate that they ask first.
The best part is that they are consistent across shift changes.
I’d like to shoutout Jordi for always going out of his way to positively greet and making sure drinks are up to par, he’s the man! There are others whose names I don’t know but l if yall read this I appreciate all of you for taking your work seriously!

“First time going to this location, went to the drive thru, & baristas were nice. Got two matcha latte’s, one with protein & the other with pistachio cream cold foam & it came out amazing. I feel like it was much better here than other Starbucks I’ve gone too. Also, the highlight of the experience was getting something nice written on our cups, “You’re a super star! :)” followed by little stars on it. Thought it was super cute & brought a little smile to my bf & I’s face. Thank you to those nice baristas who did that before closing.“

Parking: It's just inside a Target store that has been around forever! Tons of parking

Kid-friendliness: It's inside a well established Target store and Target is a very kid-friendly environment

Wheelchair accessibility: It's Target - front door parking for wheelchair mobility. Big, wide, hands free door operating entry, bathrooms are clean and have wheelchair access.“

“I had the most pleasant interaction here. I have not been to this Starbucks in years probably, mainly because I don’t live in the area. I am pregnant and miss my sweet treats. I wanted a mocha cookie crumble but with no caffeine. The girl on the other side of the screen was so kind, she gave me different options on how it could be done and was very courteous! Her name was Kaylee. When she gave me the drink, she asked me to taste it first to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She was so kind and it’s hard enough having to be so nitpicky while pregnant. I hope she knows how much I appreciated her kindness.“

“Went in looking for some new coffee cups and Edith or Eden “I believe her name was” came over and immediately helped us out. Once we got our cup we got some coffee and she made sure to offer something new for our taste buds we highly appreciate her knowledge and time. Definitely wish there was more baristas like her. “This review is based on my visit from May 14, 2025, and I just realized I never posted it.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. The atmosphere is calm, the staff is usually friendly, and it’s in a great downtown spot, making it a nice place to relax or grab a drink. I especially love getting my Venti Pink Drink here.

The only issue I had was during one visit when I asked for a cup of ice water and was told they couldn’t provide one unless I purchased it. That surprised me since I’ve received complimentary ice water at other Starbucks locations before, so it may have just been a misunderstanding or a location-specific policy.

Overall, I’ve had mostly positive experiences here and would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆“

“This is my favorite location. They do special barista creations if you want to try something different, and all the girls that work here are so sweet. They recommend me something if I’m not sure and they even remember my name. The lines are ALWAYS long but it goes quick!Vee is the best barista!“

“I had a very pleasant experience here. My coffee was missing. I asked about it, and the team jumped into action and made it right away. Then, when they brought it out, the young lady was very apologetic (it wasn't her fault) and asked if there was anything she could do for me. She then asked if she could get me a loaf or a pastry, which I declined, but I very much appreciated the kind gesture.

“I had a phone call as I was driving trying to get to my destination so the first parking lot I spotted was to Starbucks, I pulled in there and answered the phone call. Then after I was done w/that call I continued to go on to the rest of my destination which they were waiting for me outside of I.R.S“

“Angel was an angel. Great customer service. I stop at a lot of Starbucks to work and have never had any staff member provide that level of customer service. A dying art these days for sure so shout out to her for actually making my day. 10/10“

“I visited the store for the first time this morning. I had their double bacon, Gouda cheese croissant along with a cup of coffee.

No complaints to speak of other than the fact that they didn’t call out my order when it was done /read , or if they did I certainly didn’t hear it.

Ever since they started serving coffee and ceramic cups, I’ve been visiting Starbucks a little bit more.

I can’t recall the name of the coffee that I drank this morning. I do remember that it was a medium bodied roast - and I could be wrong but the strength of the coffee — how can I say it? It just didn’t seem to be strong like most coffee I’m accustomed to having at Starbucks.

Are they cutting back on the amount of coffee? They are using with their new machines? And to be clear there was nothing wrong with the cup of coffee I had, per se. It just didn’t seem to be a strong a brew, as I’m accustomed to having a Starbucks.“

“I've been with my son over a month here.. back and forth. And most of the baristas know my face and are so friendly. Stacy's my favorite... she pretty much has my drink down to a Tee, and always asks how my sons doing. It's funny to read the reviews bout the old lady with Red hair. (Maby it's not red hair anymore, IDK) At first I didn't care for her, she's not very friendly and seems to rush u... but is actually sweet if u give her a chance. I love this Starbucks!“

The drinks and food were delicious 😋 I always get the Cheese Danish and Venti Mocha and they are always perfect. My husband loves all the new matchas especially the banana bread matcha. “I rate this location high because they make my drink right and great tasting. They have regular Baristas that are crafty at what they do. The reason why I didn't do 5 stars because it will give them room to grow with some of their new staff since all Starbucks have room to grow to be in the high 90% of overall quality and customer service. “Walked in to use the restroom and was told I need to buy something in order to get the code which is totally okay. One of the baristas spoke to me a bit rudely and when I said I’d make a purchase she cut me off and just said “thank you”. I got to speak with the shift lead that the communication was rude and attitude not called for which was super awesome where she recognized and apologized. When I got my drink I heard the girl who was rude say loud “I don’t care” I’m assuming she got spoken with. Accountability is great. I get you have to do your job and days get exhausting but not a cool response to being coached. I got my drink around 6:58pm 8/6“

“Great location and staff. Came by to get our drinks today and it was perfect. Even when I forgot my food and drove out of the drive thru, the barista Nina that was working ran out to catch me before I could leave to make sure I had all my stuff and even made sure if there was anything me and my gf needed before we left. We live farther out and only stopped by here because we were in the area so I appreciate the staff for that.“

“There store seems to be falling apart, tiles lifting and what not. They can be a bit on the slower side. I went in where no one was inside, however it still took about 15 min to make my drink, and it wasn't right! This location is close to my house so I have been here many times and things used to be better.“

“Hello, I visited your store recently and placed an order expecting restroom access as a customer. However, I was informed that the restroom was not available at that time.
I understand that each location may have its own policies, but I wanted to share that this was disappointing as I made a purchase based on that expectation.
For customers who are traveling or on the road, restroom access is very important. I would kindly request that management consider improving consistency or clearly informing customers before purchase if the restroom is not available.

“Let me start with the best part first and that was that I was greeted and served by Michael. Michael was friendly, attentive, helpful, accommodating and quick to serve. His demeanor was friendly, relaxed and he made you feel welcomed.

Now, regarding food quality, how can you expect anyone to compliment the food choices as all of the sandwiches, cold or hot, contain an average of 40% to 50% sodium. I know salt helps to preserve food but, it does the complete opposite to the human body! Even the healthier option of the Eggs and Cheddar Protein Box has 20% sodium and a long list of who knows what listed on the box. (Where do these eggs come from, Chernobyl?)

Can no one put people ahead of profits?

Regarding the atmosphere whether it be here or anywhere else, hanging flags that promote both social and. Moral views is not professional or business like. I don’t expect to have corporate views pushed on me inj exchange for my cup of coffee.

And why does almost every Starbucks have to play LOUD MUSIC? People would like to visit and converse without haven to shout at each other. (This location was louid enough but not extreme.)“

“I love this location they are always so nice. They learn your name, and your order preferences, it feels so personalized. I made a comment that I miss out on the cute sayings on the cups they write on for everyone because I use a personal cup most of the time. See attached photo, they still gave me my little note, so sweet! They go the extra mile to make your day. It is always very clean, and fast service. The reason I did not give a total of 5 stars for atmosphere is because sometimes the music can be loud to me.“

“The only thing I would critique would be that there isn’t any waste baskets 🧺 anywhere around the pickup area or store. No place to put wrappers, straw papers, napkins. One trash can would make a world of difference in helping to keep the neighborhood clean!“
