I ordered a pumpkin latte, which had a funky taste to it. I walked in to take it back, and the manager, Hannah, was behind me and immediately asked if I had an issue with my drink. She had it remade, and it still just wasn't right, so I asked to just go back to a regular latte. They remade my drink twice, and the manager, Hannah, gave me two $4 off cards to use. Amazing customer service. Hard to find these days.
Excellent service with no confusing explanations, hidden surprises, or dramatic plot twists. Just kind people doing an outstanding job.
