I work next door at postal annex and I always go in there to get a quick drink. I've been working here for about 8-9 months and I'm at that Starbucks at least once a week and I've never had a problem with them! I wish I had names to be able to thank them for their help telling to help me decide on a drink. So if the owner sees this please tell your workers that their amazing! Thank you so much
Stopped here for a snack around 11:00, they had no forks to eat my coffee cake & the restrooms had no paper towels. Patrons kept telling them but all they could say is we are out of them. How does a Starbucks run out if essentials at 11? I was unimpressed. Staff made no apologies, just "we are out". Doesn't seem like this location is up to Starbucks standards.

This place is hidden away and you don't really see it. Especially since there is a Starbucks in Vons. The workers were really nice and welcoming. Easy to talk to. I ordered the extra hot skinny vanilla latte. It was hot and delicious! Recommended!
