I often pick up my orders after they’ve been made wrong here and just accept it but today was ridiculous.
Water cups are free. Cups with whip cream for dogs are also free. But asking for an extra cup so I can split a drink I paid for into two drinks so my toddlers don’t have to fight? Well that’s against store policy.

I had an unsettling experience in the parking lot. As I was about to get into my car, an employee pulled quickly into the parking space next to me, & I felt like I had to jump into my seat to avoid being hit. I hope employees take extra care when driving through this small parking lot.
The drinks are usually so good when I order, today I had to ask them to redo it (no ube & it was watery) 🥹 hope it gets better for you guys

Great location and staff. Came by to get our drinks today and it was perfect. Even when I forgot my food and drove out of the drive thru, the barista Nina that was working ran out to catch me before I could leave to make sure I had all my stuff and even made sure if there was anything me and my gf needed before we left. We live farther out and only stopped by here because we were in the area so I appreciate the staff for that.
