Starbucks offers good coffee, but some customers feel it lacks sugar-free options. Despite this, the chain has loyal customers who appreciate their unique drinks. One reviewer, who prefers sugar-free drinks, favors Dutch Brothers over Starbucks. Another customer consistently orders a Venti Espresso Frappuccino with specific modifications, but notes that the baristas often fail to follow the recipe correctly. On the positive side, the staff is praised for being friendly and efficient, despite occasional delays due to staffing shortages. Customers also mention that walking in is always a pleasant experience, with friendly staff who make customers feel welcomed. The store's atmosphere is relaxed, and customers enjoy listening to the staff's gossip, finding it entertaining rather than bothersome. Many appreciate that the staff is helpful, offering items like a glass cup for those staying in, which helps keep drinks tasting fresh longer. During busy times, such as weekends, the staff works hard to serve customers quickly, though some mention that there can be moments when workers struggle to keep up. Overall, drive-through service remains fast and friendly, with customers noting that the coffees are always wonderful, even if they are pricey.
