Walked in to use the restroom and was told I need to buy something in order to get the code which is totally okay. One of the baristas spoke to me a bit rudely and when I said I’d make a purchase she cut me off and just said “thank you”. I got to speak with the shift lead that the communication was rude and attitude not called for which was super awesome where she recognized and apologized.
