The manager herself was in drive, no name on her apron either and I asked nicely for a venti iced matcha latte and she asked if I wanted the lavender one, as I nicely said no thanks love she sounded very frustrated, and asked what was the drink? I repeated myself, and continued being nice. She’s very rude and honestly made the experience uncomfortable. I’ve never felt rushed like that before or uncomfortable. Shout out everyone else there, she’s my very first rude encounter. Please have a one on one and work on your customer service skills. -Ex Barista/Regular

This Starbucks has let me down so many times. I went there between the years 2020-2023 for school at city and every time I went they never could make my drinks right. Finally gave up and stopped going there. Went right now with my boyfriend and they didn't make our drinks right so we had to fix it and they still forgot to add something in there. And it's a simple iced gingerbread oat milk chai drink. Don't recommend this Starbucks on Clinton and Blackstone.

Ordered a venti drink this morning (usually I order grandes but really needed the extra kick today) once I got the drink the cup was empty about two inches. I went back through the drive thru while there was still no cars there. A worker comes to the window and says "I made that drink. It was full to the top when I made it. I put whip cream on it." Maybe that was true but by then the whip cream melted in the drink and showed where the drink was full to. I explained that the whip cream may have melted and she said "mmmhm maybe." As if that wasn't what happened. Felt like she was trying to accuse me of drinking it and then going back for more. This was not a good way to start the day. They did end up filling it to the top but it should not have to come with attitude from them to do so. Disappointed.
