“This is the best Starbucks and I live in Visalia (work at the hospital). I'm here at 640 am before my shift and drive through almost every single time is extremely fast. I pay and then I'm handed my drink right away so the lines move quickly. Staff are always nice and drink is always tasty.“
“Love this location the most and I live in Visalia. Super quick than any other Starbucks location I’ve been including my town and I’ve been to at least 5 different Starbucks locations in my town. Always gets my order right. Very friendly and sweet . I always tip because of their service . I’m the supervisor at Herb N Joy dispensary so before I get to work I always come here for my drink. Thank you guys for always being so great ! If you guys shop at the dispo let me know you work at that Starbucks I GOT YOU ??“
“I don't get the low reviews for this place. The ambiance, and staff are as nice as every other Starbucks. In fact, I think the staff was even nicer to us than the standard Starbucks requires. We go there again and again. My Mom's house is right by this place. I understand if they are training new employees and the line takes a little longer, but just order it on the app and it's ready when you pull up. If you have a complicated drink, just app it. Then give them 5-6 minutes to make it. My GF always goes in to pick up, and we'd have had zero issues if we pick up that way.“
“The latest team here is awesome! Not only is everyone so sweet but they also make every effort to get your order exactly right. They definitely go the extra even when they don’t have to. I really enjoy going to this Starbucks and I feel like they actually know me as a customer. Even my coworkers and I were just talking about how kind and caring everyone seems at this location that it feels warm and friendly and not big box store coffee shop.Great job guys! You are definitely making me come in for more coffee than I need to!“
