Starbucks in Hanford

“The food is prepared & delivered to the location. The quality of food is not reflected on this Starbucks. I get the Feta Egg White Wrap & love it. But, have ordered the PB&J & was extremely disappointed. When you opened the bread the PB&J was about the size of a 50cent piece between the bread. It was not even thick enough to say they spread it. What was there, had soaked into the bread. It was ridiculous! We had gone through drive-thru. I called & complained & they had no problem replacing it with something else.“

“Everything was great except the young man standing where you pick up your drinks. Unfortunately, I did not get his name but he was super rude and was irritated that I asked for a sleeve. I thought maybe he was having a bad day. About a week later I went in and he was working. He calls my name and I get my order and say thank you, and he doesn't even look at me. I ask for a sleeve, and he rolls his eyes and places it on the counter. I say thank you again and he ignores me and turns around. I was raised to be polite to everyone, this was just freaking ridiculous. He doesn't greet you or even respond verbally to you. It's very rude, other than that everything and everyone else were great.“

“This location is amazing! The employees are super friendly, and the drinks are always the best! I would have given 5 stars, but the night shift is a struggle. The drinks take quite a bit longer than they normally do at this location, and they (night shift) have never gotten my order correct. When I stop through to get coffee for work, I dont have time to stay and have them remake it. That's why I always order ahead.“

“Cool and refreshing environs! Great place to scamper to if you have wait time at train or bus depot. It's surprising bc it looks like just a drive-through from a distance. Just bring a cushion with you 😆 bc the wood chairs and benches are a great accent to a hang out vibe but they make your butt beg to get out.“
