I don't get the low reviews for this place. The ambiance, and staff are as nice as every other Starbucks. In fact, I think the staff was even nicer to us than the standard Starbucks requires. We go there again and again. My Mom's house is right by this place. I understand if they are training new employees and the line takes a little longer, but just order it on the app and it's ready when you pull up. If you have a complicated drink, just app it.
