I go every morning after the gym. Several greet me by my 1st name. I like that😃
I went in to the Lacey and 11th Starbucks today to get the new Witches Brew drink for all my co-workers. They made them quickly however the manager, Cathy noticed they did not have the layered look. They attempted to make them again but they did not have the layered look and unfortunately the second time around the cups were a little messy. Still tasted amazing and everyone LOVED them. I love this place!! I'm a daily customer an the employees treat me exceptionally well!! Some even know my order before I order!! All employees r very friendly no matter early am, midday or early evening! Parking isn't that great ... but hey if we all work together an be courteous to others, it's all good!!

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company offers a warm welcome from friendly employees. The Caramel decadence is sweet. The drive thru has a full line but quick service. The environs are cool and refreshing, with wood chairs and benches that create a hang out vibe, though a cushion is needed. The facility is clean with cold and delicious beverages. The scones taste good, and parking is never a problem. However, the service can be one of the slowest, even when not busy.
