I ordered a large party platter and paid for it for pick up the following day. Came in today for my party order and they just neglected to do it and there was no apology or anything just we are slammed so we will give you a refund. This is the most irresponsible business practice I've ever seen. Now I'm left without a lunch platter that was promised for staff.
