“I absolutely love this Starbucks in Visalia. I live in Selma, but every time I come to Visalia I always order from this Starbucks because of the great service I always receive. And every time I come they are always cleaning their bathroom. And I love that. I hate going in a dirty bathroom to clean my hands. Kiah Green went above to help us out with whatever we needed, and she did it with a big bright smile. Honestly all the employees are always so sweet here.“
“One of the better Starbucks I've visited. Coffee drinks are consistent and are beautifully created. The workers make it clear that they care about their work. Very cool!!The store is very small, so a little tight trying to navigate between people sitting and talking vs people in line to order vs people waiting on their orders.“

“a little long over due but at the start of October of 2023 i sent my husband to go get Starbucks and on top of my cup was a little drawing of a scarecrow which I thought maybe my husband asked for them to do but he assured me he didn't and i know it was a small thing but it actually made my day and a lot happier to drink my Starbucks order so thank you to whoever drew that little art work on there“
“I love the people there! They always take care of my drink order, and they know me by name. They treat me like I'm family, and that makes me stop by two or three times a day for my drink order. They know what I order before I say anything. I love that place.“

“Faster than some other Starbucks in town and usually very friendly staff. I always order soy milk due to sensitivity and they almost never get it wrong. Accidents do happen and this location can get extremely busy due to location, so always be aware of what time you're visiting and adjust expectations!“
“Judging by the majority of reviews, my experience may have been a fluke, but I found this to be one of the better SBUX locations in the entire area...which really doesn't say much. I came in this morning while I was waiting on my car audio installation down the street. It was a surprise to walk in to a nice, clean and peaceful coffee shop where you don't have to raise your voice to place your order. I do believe this may be the first time that I have used the words nice, clean and peaceful when referring to a Starbucks. The staff members were friendly and worked diligently to keep their orders moving. My Venti White Mocha (Hot) was perfect. This location is spacious, and nicely appointed with plenty of tables and chairs. There is a drive-thru for your convenience and umbrella tables out front where you can sit with your iPad and catch up on your Yelp reviews.“
“Just placed a pickup order and then went across the parking lot to buy something real quick while I waited. By the time I got back, someone had stolen the order already. Even though the shop was real busy, they immediately remade my order without me even asking. Awesome service, thank you guys!“

“Friendly staff. Great service! Store is always clean! Only issue was on Friday 10/20 around 6:30-8:00 one of the baristas who was a male, tall wearing a hat and a goatee. I walked into the restroom as he was exiting the stall, he didn't wash his hands and when I asked my friend who was waiting for our drinks if he saw him was his hands, they said No. That he walked straight behind the counter and started making drinks. Keep an eye on him!!“
