Starbucks in Visalia

“Starbucks is unlike any other coffee shop that you can ever encounter its classy atmosphere is perfect for business, meet ups, romantic dates, and hang outs or just a place to sit down and catch up on your homework it’s food and service are incredible. Everyone is so friendly and always trying to meet your needs come to Starbucks you won’t regret it!!!

Kid-friendliness: If you have kids that want to feel grown up but your unsure if you want them drinking coffee or not ask for your favorite coffee cream based and it has no caffeine in it instead Starbucks puts extra cream that’s nice and sweet and creamy it’s just like a milkshake!“

“One of the better Starbucks I've visited. Coffee drinks are consistent and are beautifully created. The workers make it clear that they care about their work. Very cool!!The store is very small, so a little tight trying to navigate between people sitting and talking vs people in line to order vs people waiting on their orders.“

“My other Starbucks in Visalia closed. I came to this one since it is close to my friends home. It is warm and inviting inside, and some of the familiar faces were here too!

Service is prompt and pleasant. I usually sit and read my mail. It is a nice place to drink coffee and chat with friends.“

“Had an unfortunate visit on saturday but I was able get ahold of their manager and make things right. Later on went back to receive my money but instead I asked for a coffee and Jessica was happy to make it and apologize for Saturday's visit. Thank you staff and starbucks manager.“

“This has to be one of the best Starbucks in Visalia. I always get the best service when I go, and everyone is super nice/attentive. The food and drinks come out very fast, you can tell the staff takes their job very serious. They just a few remodels to the store and it is very clean and tidy.“

“I had a pleasant experience visiting this store recently, and Parker did a great job taking my order and seemed very chill and nonchalant. Other staff were also friendly, it was not busy at all inside when I went. It seemed to be mostly mobile orders and the drive thru. I spoke with one of the managers Mackenzee who helped address some concerns I had after visiting another location, really appreciated that and the professionalism. This store was nice and clean, would be a good place to hang out and get work done.

As a side note, the person who designed the parking lot should have chosen a different career. Also quite a bit of vagrancy nearby, just something to be aware of, though it's more an issue near the AutoZone / bus stop. Otherwise a convenient location for when you're on-the-go around town.“

“The drive thru was very quick and smooth. There's not a lot of parking (unless you have an EV) so be willing to go through the drive thru. I'm really not sure why there's more Tesla charging spots than there are regular parking spots ( kinda frustrating because I like to get out and walk after driving/sitting all the time).“

“This Starbucks in Visalia is consistently excellent. The customer service here really stands out — the staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Even during busy hours, they stay positive and efficient.

The store is always clean and well-maintained, from the seating area to the restrooms. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping everything organized and inviting. Drinks are made correctly and come out quickly, and the baristas are happy to customize without hesitation.

Overall, it’s a great spot to grab coffee, work for a bit, or meet with friends. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations in the area.“

“I love the way the modern design look with the big windows which makes a great space to chill with your coffee, food, snack, and family. The workers there are always nice and provide us everything we need to keep us satisfied. The drinks are made so well and I would gladly come again, which I always do.“

Get the energy mango tree and they forget to add the energy. I know that for a fact, but Hailey took care of me today. Hailey she made me feel like what Starbucks used to be back in the day before they hired all these lazy people that are too lazy to measure the drinks up so they can taste correct. “I love the people there! They always take care of my drink order, and they know me by name. They treat me like I'm family, and that makes me stop by two or three times a day for my drink order. They know what I order before I say anything. I love that place.“

“Been coming to this Starbucks for the past 5+ years since moving to Visalia. They have always been friendly, professional, & chatty (but not Dutch Bros chatty where you feel pressure to talk--no shade just my opinion). I have never had a bad experience but today I decided to share because my family & I had a rather unexpected but much appreciated experience with receiving free drinks. It's not about the value but the offer to bless someone with items that were just going to get tossed. Made our day & it's the kindness & great atmosphere that keeps me coming back.“

“Took them 2mins to have my coffee ready wen I ordered it a min I'm the parking lot. That was amazing. Workers were all welcoming with with smiles. Great job they do. I'm always coming to this location, don't matter how far I live.

A gentleman messed up my coffee one day, but I was sooo glad he did, becuz he just made it better and from this day on, I've been ordering it and it's saved in my favorites in the app. 😍“

“the 2 egg & fruit box.
the new green apples slices are bot ripe or simply don't taste as sweet as the former red apples, this seems to be a financially motivated dedication by Starbucks
I only got 4 grapes in my box and after checking the other boxes I see they all gad several grapes, this is a quality control issue.

the staff was great and the place was clean and organized.

I will be back byt I won't but the egg & fruit box untill improvements are made.“
