Absolutely amazing service! Very clean and smells great inside. Unmarked door so it's easy to miss from the inside of the building but the service and quality of food and customer care is impeccable. Tess was an angel.
I wanted a turkey and provolone sandwich but got ham and swiss because the manager decided to turn off the turkey and provolone even though they had one left. When I order my venti cold brew almost a quarter of the cup is salted caramel foam not heavy cream foam! So I guess if I want a venti coffee I have to order a Trenta now. It's annoying that the staff here does a lot of little things to make convenient for them but problematic for the customer.
