“Came here on a Friday morning. Drive thru only and it wasn't too busy.

There's no walk-in order, but the small shack has 2 windows to order from in your car. They have the traditional coffee menu and some seasonal drinks with additives. I ordered a Northern Lights, which was coffee with raspberry, coconut, vanilla and white chocolate. I thought it was unusual in a coffee, but it worked out great. Not too tart or sweet. Just the right amount of flavoring without diminishing the flavors of the coffee.

Overall, a great, local coffee shop. They have a little covered area to sit and enjoy your drink. It's across COS, so I'm sure it's popular amongst the students. The staff was very nice. Highly recommend it.“

“honestly, this place totally saved my afternoon. i was starving after a long hike and everyone was hangry, but the food came out fast and hit the spot perfectly. the bulgogi bowl was super flavorful and the portions were bigger than i expected, which is always a win. my friend got the kimchi fries and i definately stole a few bcause they were that good.

the only thing is the patio seating gets a bit cramped when its busy, but we still managed to find a spot. thanks.“

“After having the churro latte for the first time, i find myself coming here at least 3 times a week! Im scared to try anything else what if i don't like it? The atmosphere is comfy and welcoming. The only thing i would add are small food items like egg sandwiches, just because i enjoy my coffee with food and i would feel weird bringing breakfast from another place if i want to stay here for a while. Either way, i enjoy coming here and will continue to do so :)“

“Stopped by Kuppa Joy on my way out from a Dr. appointment. I was blown away; I am a Starbucks connoisseur, but this little gem impressed me with its taste and service. The young lady who assisted us was very accommodating and friendly. My husband wanted to try the Hallelujah (White Chocolate, Vanilla, and Cinnamon) but preferred it not too sweet. She made it perfectly, 1/3 sweet and with a Triple Shot. I ordered the Amazing Grace (White Chocolate, Vanilla, and Lavender) topped with Amazing Grace Cold Foam. Omg, it is so delicious. Whenever we visit Visalia, Kuppa Joy will definitely be on our to-go list.“

Very cool!!The store is very small, so a little tight trying to navigate between people sitting and talking vs people in line to order vs people waiting on their orders.“

I had my Mom with me and she had already been there so she knew the drinks to get.
I had the mango and ice cream and it was delicious, I can taste the richness of the mango and the ice cream flavor came towards the end of every sip with slivers of pulp, really recommendable.
This young Borbarista by the name of Clarissa was very welcoming had a beautiful smile and confirmed my drink was a good one upon my order which brought me alot of comfort.
Go check them out they have a great environment with a cozy feeling, wifi and board, card games to play just ask them.“

“My other Starbucks in Visalia closed. I came to this one since it is close to my friends home. It is warm and inviting inside, and some of the familiar faces were here too!

Service is prompt and pleasant. I usually sit and read my mail. It is a nice place to drink coffee and chat with friends.“

“Sweetest staff encounter today. I ordered 4 drinks through the drive through--in which I was given a cup holder. Driving out of the block, I made a turn too sharp, resulting in my drinks flying absolutely everywhere. What luck. I spin around to order again. The same cashier, whose name I believe is Shellby? Shelby?, noticed that I was just there and insisted on giving a refund on my second order after learning what had happened. I had already left the premises and was completely fine with paying for the second order since I suck at driving, but they still insisted anyway. Shelby and another lady that was also working at the window were absolute sweethearts about it. The drinks were also absolutely phenomenal. I find that this Starbucks is one of the more consistent ones with the quality of their drinks.“

“It's a coffee shop by definition. It seems like the shop is affiliated with Visalia Unified School District. They serve Mavericks Coffee, another shop in the area. Okay coffee, but nothing aficionados would go crazy over. The coffee was similar to what you would get at McDonalds.“

“This is my second time here. First visit was with a party of 10 and they were very accommodating. They have great customer service very polite, nice atmosphere and quick service. I’ve enjoyed my food very much on both visits. I would highly recommend. The pat thai was 10! I will be going back.“

“Food quality was good. The people were very nice and helpful. I do have an issue though. Companies like Burger King and Taco Bell when located at Travel stops jack up their prices and don't honor app specials. That will definitely keep me from stopping there“
