All their offerings are excellent, not a bad dish on the menu. The daily fresh cheese cakes are excellent. Flavors vary- so if you are looking for excellent food in Visalia give this place try.“

“I ordered the chili relleno plate. They have a limited supply of chili rellenos so you have to call ahead to make sure you can order them. They are fresh and stuffed with fresh quest fresco cheese. Cooked in a flavorful red sauce. The rice and beans are probably some of the best iv had at any mexican food restaurant. Iv only ate here one time but I think that is going to change. I will for sure order the chili rellenos again. I forgotnto mention they make fresh homemade corn torillas too. Also sorry the pic i am adding is a pic after I took a few bites lol.“

“Amazing food! Everything tasted so FRESH!!! Best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time!! The owner makes everything fresh, service was FANTASTIC, waitress/cashier we had was so friendly, and just the right amount of attentive. The owner came out to ask how we liked the food- he was VERY personable, humble, and makes things with heart! Many of the recipes are family recipes! Our favorite new place! ( don’t be fooled by the location, this place is a true gem!)“

“Grannys is a great place to eat. The food is good and the portions are a nice size. Unfortunately because of Bidenomics they have had to make some changes to price and portion sizes. It’s not their fault it’s just the way it is at the moment. As far as service goes, it all depends on who’s working. If Kristin (owner)is there you are going to get great service. She wants you to return. She gets it. Unfortunately if Renee (owner)is there service can vary depending on who’s in the restaurant. She seems to be very chatty; and that’s the problem. She forgets shes working and service suffers. We will drive up, look in the window to see who’s working. It’s gotten that bad.“

“Food was insanely tasty and fresh. I got the KBBQ Chicken with rice only. The chicken was phenomenal it had a light and crispy outer layer and very juicy chicken. Got the Man-Du as well and it was very juicy and thin. We went on Easter Sunday and they were very attentive despite how busy it was. They should be proud what a meal!

Wonderful family he would give $100 to a new pregnant momma to be. A gift for the baby. Jimmy always liked to help others I have nothing but good memories what a kind man. “There’s plenty of chain and franchised deli’s in Visalia to choose from but there is only a few mom and pops. This location is one of them that is independently owned and operated, you’ll see the owner taking and making orders. There’s good things happening and worth checking out :)“

“Been coming to Charleys for a while now and the food is always good, and is made fairly quick. Had the opportunity to be served by the manager andrew, and he is honestly very professional, fast, and knowledgeable on the menu items. Definitely recommend going here for a good sandwich“

“MONICA, this 5 star review is for you! I walked in today to pick up a DoorDash order and the employee had me fill the drink. When I realized there wasn’t any ice, I asked another employee (“M”) if there was any ice for the customers soda. He said no. I asked if it could be replaced with a cold drink from the cooler. He said no, it’s against policy. I told him I wasn’t okay taking a warm soda to the customer. I looked at the address and could see I was delivering to her work. He shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to the manager. He went through the back doors and came back out not saying anything to me. In the meantime, MONICA who appeared to be trying to take a lunch at a table eating her sandwich got up and said she would go get some ice. I asked “M” if a manager was coming. He said, “She’s busy.” I said, “Can you please let her know I need to speak with her?” He went back to the doors and out came the manager. She explained their ice machine is broken. I explained I understand that, but to take OUR customer a warm soda is such a poor customer service. I said it should be replaced with a cold drink from the cooler in this case. I told her “M” was absolutely no help and “this poor girl trying to have some lunch got up from eating and is taking care of the problem.” At this time MONICA came in with some ice in which she came straight to me and I filled the customers cup with ice. So, MONICA, thank YOU for providing excellent customer service. I hope one day you’re a manager somewhere because you’ve got “it” and I appreciate you so much.“

I had my Mom with me and she had already been there so she knew the drinks to get.
I had the mango and ice cream and it was delicious, I can taste the richness of the mango and the ice cream flavor came towards the end of every sip with slivers of pulp, really recommendable.
This young Borbarista by the name of Clarissa was very welcoming had a beautiful smile and confirmed my drink was a good one upon my order which brought me alot of comfort.
Go check them out they have a great environment with a cozy feeling, wifi and board, card games to play just ask them.“

“Went here on a Saturday morning. Place wasn't too packed, but got busier by the time we left. Parking is street only, so it can be a tad difficult to find a spot. This is actually a carniceria, mini-grocery store and restaurant. This is for the restaurant.You order your food at the cash register and seat yourself. We were a party of 4. This is a buy-now, pay-later place. Nice old school way. I tried their birria de chivo with a taco al pastor on the side. The bowl was a good size that came with onion, cilantro and handmade tortillas. The chivo was really good. Not too gamey on flavor, tender and easy to pick off the bone. The broth was really good too. The taco came in thr handmade tortilla, so it's a good size. I believe you have an option to purchase it on a non handmade tortilla. The taco itself was decent, nothing to write home about. Coffee is served on hot water and you serve your own powdered coffee with regular cream.Overall, I really enjoyed the birria de chivo. The broth had a nice chile seasoning to it. The plates took a while to get, so be prepared to wait. My friends ordered a menudo and breakfast plates and they enjoyed their food. I recommend checking this place out.“

The sorbets are top-notch (my kid can’t get enough of the mango), and the sherbets are just as good. My wife is obsessed with anything banana-flavored, and I haven’t found a single thing I dislike.

The Blueberry Cobbler flavor? Absolute fire. Maybe my favorite of all.

Yogurt containing fat also has a naturally rich texture without all the gums and other fillers that non-fat yogurt and sorbets add for smooth texture. When sugar-free sweeteners are added to fat-free yogurt, many experience unpleasant, as well as embarrassing, gastrointestinal side effects. 😲yikes! “My wife and I stopped in for a treat at our local Cold Stone Creamery — something we enjoy doing from time to time — but tonight was extra special.

We were helped by a young man named Alec, who looked like he was just stepping into adulthood. Not only was he friendly and professional, but you could see he truly enjoyed what he was doing. Watching him make our “Founder’s Favorite” was like watching someone take real pride in their work — it was smooth, confident, and full of joy.

Alec reminded me of myself at his age. As I watched him work, I reflected on how fast life goes. I told him, “Enjoy your life and your youth — because one day you’ll blink and be 40.” He looked at me with a confident smile and simply said, “Oh, I will.” And the look on his face told me he truly meant it. That moment stuck with me.

This was the first time I’ve taken notice of a team member at Cold Stone who really stood out — someone with a spark, a genuine personality, and a way of making the whole experience fun. Alec turned a simple stop for ice cream into a memory.

“I read some pretty harsh reviews of this place before we tried it so I wasn't sure what to expect. Lots of stories about food not being worth the price point, coming out slowly and being cold. What actually occurred for us was another story completely.

From the very start, I knew these people were committed to good service based on the effort made by Miriam the host, when she called to confirm. She was above and beyond.

Chelsea was our server and she was amazing. Not only was she friendly, but also was clearly very experienced and competent. Beyond being just a cool person, she performed her job at the highest level.

We ordered the octopus to start, and shared the lamb, shishito peppers, and a ceasar for our main. Every single bite was a delight.

This was such a fun birthday celebration for my mom. Worth every penny. We will definitely be back.“

That said, I remember it being better the first time I came, especially the depth of flavor. Prices are slightly higher for pho, but quality is consistent. Clean space, friendly service, and a reliable spot in the area.“
