Surprisingly the best aspects of Barrelhouse are not their beers but their live entertainment and occasional food trucks. Parking isn't the greatest as it's shared with other popular establishments. It's not too hard to find parking in the afternoon but they're packed when musicians start performing. I mean there's not much to do in Visalia, so with that said unless this place does anything crazy to deserve low stars, which I am not aware of but enlighten me if there's something I should be aware of, I cant see why they would get low stars. The ambiance is great! People of all walks of life meet here. There's games to play, live bands to listen to, and you can bring Frodo adopted from the local dog pound! Great gathering spot with plenty of room inside or outside in the back with tables, for hole and a food truck. I'm a Guinness fan so I had the Oatmeal Stout. Not too heavy, smooth to drink. My nephew opted to have a gathering here rather than having a traditional reception. Good call; casual, fun, joyful and he didn't blow thousands of $$$!
