I got Terrie today in the drive thru and I wanted to do something different with my chai tea. I asked about white chocolate and she suggested white mocha. She was super helpful, talkative and genuine. I loved my experience and my tea!

I was having one of the worst days - My mom was in the hospital and stopped in to get a coffee before visiting hours. The team asked if I was headed to work and I let them no my day would be that fun. When I went to pick up my drink I was greeted with breakfast, too. It would be the only thing I ate for 13 hours. I sat in the cry and cried beautiful tears from being seen. I always come to this Starbucks when I visit home and I’m so blessed that I stopped in. Thank you

This Starbucks location is a great place to meet up with friends and enjoy a good cup of coffee. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere always feels positive and inviting. The store manager is doing a great job leading the team, working alongside them and ensuring the store runs smoothly. The crew is consistently kind, clean, and hospitable. On one occasion, employees offered a new drink after a customer knocked over theirs, showing great kindness. However, some reviews note that the staff does not call out orders when they are ready, forcing customers to check each drink on the counter. Also, multiple visits to different Starbucks in the Fresno area resulted in drinks made wrong, though the staff was always nice about fixing them. Despite these issues, the location delivers on hospitality, and the drive through is good.
