Sometimes I feel too old to come here, but overall the staff is generally friendly. Wait times vary. I never come on sticker day, which requires you coming extra early if you're picking up drinks before work. It's convenient and I usually only come in the mornings before work. Herndon/Palm order 3 drinks from the runner. 1-Small coffee1-Large Rebel1-Large blended coffeeMy small coffee was large and my large blended drink was small. I told them it was reversed. They took my blended drink was poured into a large cup and they added the rest without blending at all. Get home and the little bit of ice is gone and the drink is semi cold. When ordering a blended drink I expect it to be totally blended. Hope I'm not asking to much!
