Drinks are always good, but I had an issue. Upon handling the tip portion of checking out my dad who isn't very tech savvy accidentally typed two 1s instead of the singular he had meant. It was a mistake I was able to catch, but when the woman holding the pad heard me instructing him how to change his now $11 tip back to the $1 he had meant she quickly walked away with pad in hand. Hope $10 is worth none for the rest of my visits.

Sometimes I feel too old to come here, but overall the staff is generally friendly. Wait times vary. I never come on sticker day, which requires you coming extra early if you're picking up drinks before work. It's convenient and I usually only come in the mornings before work. I like the drinks and trying new ones. They have coffees, teas, sodas, Rebels (their brand energy drink), lemonade... the options are plentiful. They even have milk substitutes and sugar free options if you're looking for those. If you come here at least once or twice a month, definitely worth it to get and use their app for points to earn free drinks. And they run points and drink price specials all the time.
