“Had lunch here today the waiter sat and greeted us quick ! Everyone was nice even the chefs said hello the food came out quick ! We had the sashimi 9 pieces which was great and tasted fresh, also the Snow White roll was 8/10 and the miso soup was great. I would definitely return, I would say the only con was finding parking but that’s everywhere in Downtown Fresno :(“

“The young man working by himself was so polite and incredibly patient with me and my son. It was our first time trying this place, so we weren’t familiar with the menu, and he walked us through everything with a smile. The bowls were absolutely delicious! “Ordered take out from the vegan menu- the mr. potato roll and miso soup. Pick up was easy and timely. The roll was good, even unique with the concept of tater tots accompanying it, but for me personally, I wouldn't pay $20+ again for it. The outside avo and sauce had a great taste but was overpowered by the plain taste of rice. Had there been soy sauce that came along with it, it probably would have tasted better. You can purchase soy for $2 but I overlooked that as I've never ordered sushi where you didn't get a few packets with the roll.
I also checked the option for utensils seeing as I was traveling, but only chopsticks were included so I had nothing for my soup.
I love that there is a large vegan menu and I would absolutely go back to try more of it- I just feel there could be a little more attention to detail for take out orders.“

Not a complaint just a suggestion, the waitress could have been a little more personable and enthusiastic. She wasn't bad but not great, very quiet and didn't say your welcome when thanking her. “I got the deep fried “Guamuchilito” roll. And I loved it. It came with a side of fresh carrots, and lightly chard Jalapeño for $15. Well worth the price, while others have increased prices for the roll only for $20. The place is a bit too small for dine-in. Take out recommended.“

The sushi chef was very kind, helpful, and gave me some great tips for the Fresno area and Sequoia. The owners were there also, so very kind and accommodating.
