“We had a great experience at Chili’s yesterday. My girlfriend and I brought our kids, along with my daughters friend, so there were seven of us. There was a line almost out the door, but even with how busy it was, the staff got to us within about 15 minutes and had us seated about 15 minutes later. Everyone was friendly, and the seating was comfortable for our whole group.
The food was amazing. Our appetizers and salads came out quickly, and the rest of our food arrived much faster than we expected considering how busy they were. Refills were always easy and fast too.
Our waitress, Justice, really made the experience exceptional. We asked for quite a few things throughout the meal, and she handled every request with a smile. She was friendly, helpful, respectful, fast, and incredibly attentive from beginning to end. She went so far above and beyond that my girlfriend and I each tipped her 20 percent on our $210 bill. That is how impressed we both were with her service.
Overall, it was just a genuinely great family experience. We will definitely be back!“
